Bewitched

With her heart pounding like crazy, Irene rummaged inside her duffel bag to find her smart phone and alert the authorities. Irene could not compromise her own safety over the fear of getting called as a paranoid.

This has happened before and no doubt it will happen again.

After calling the police, she immediately dialed Valerie's number. Irene always knew it was a good thing she only traveled an hour away from the city so she could ask for help without having to travel a long distance.

While panting, her eyes is anxiously darted on the door, Irene spoke to Valerie. She swallowed a huge lump in her throat, "Val, I think I am in trouble. Someone's been knocking my door since earlier," Irene's lips cracked out of lack of moisture.

"Okay! Uhm have you alerted the police?" Valerie from the other line asks, panic is evident in her voice.
