Two hours had passed, Chemistra smoothly landed on the rooftop of the same building where she had her first encounter with The Machine Herald. The human-shape hole she made was now covered entirely by the holographic-blue barrier and remained revealing the view below.
The Chemist glanced at the human-shaped hole with her sharpened stare pinned on the right and influenced her to walk closer. Witnessing a near picture of the hole recollected the indelible moment when she retained her human form.
More specifically, her haunted memory replayed the exact moment when one of Maduruma's machines tore off her leg. It left Chemistra to release a crushing grip that trembled in lingering enrage as her head captured the clear-shrieking voice of her human self.
Chemistra quickly released a reluctant sigh and the agonizing shriek from her head vanished in an instant like a gusting wind blow. The Chemist swiftly rotated her head onto the left, presuming the quick survey of the building.
No relevant sign of her enemy could be found within her sharp eyes, only passing wind and a view of the cloudy sky were captured. Hence, Chemistra began to take a step forward and repeatedly rotated her head from left to right in an attempt to find the sighting of her dreadful foe.
Another wind blow, gray cloudy sky view, and the glimpse of the building besides emerging within her cyber eyes. The non-traceable presence of the augmented madman forced Chemistra to halt her steps before releasing an irritated grunt, similar to a feminine glitched-out noise.
The fiery annoyance influenced Chemistra to shake her head and canceled the surveying section instantly. She clenched the bulky gauntlet's fist for refilling the rage sensation with a brief-distorted groan before flipping her hand to cool off the mood.
'My human-self rage still lingers within my head.' Chemistra uttered through her mind with a discontent tone. 'Therefore, I must eradicate it as soon as possible when this upcoming meeting is over.'
Chemistra nodded and presumed to exclaim within her mind, 'This emotion only causes an unneeded disturbance.'
However, a blitzing noise of a portal spawn was captured through Chemistra hearing. She rotated to the left, a whereabouts of the sudden portal spawning spot, and illuminating green light pierced through her cybernetic skin.
The Chemist slowly approached the gleaming presence and captured a glimpse of a door-shape portal that stood valiantly across her. Chemistra hoisted the wiry hand in a straight-line shooting presence especially with the presence of a twister robot breaking free from the door.
The twister robot quickly sharpened stare towards Chemistra who kept initiating the heedful steps in its direction. Therefore, the twister robot opened the palm to channel out a group of green sparkles with the shape resembling the ball.
With a single swing to the left, a long-edge katana emerged in the scene by exploding into glittering sparkles in an instance. The twister robot smoothly slid forward like a slug for intercepting Chemistra's heedful steps.
Chemistra watched The Machine Herald's servant tilt its Katana into the right as it got closer to touch her direct distance. A right temple slashing position was declared by the twister robot, revealing anticipation from The Chemist's unforeseen attacks.
Both Chemistra and her foe, the twister robot stopped their heedful steps when they were now close to each other. A distorting gasp was announced from The Chemist's cybernetic luck with her darting her immovable eyes towards the towering foe.
"Good Morning, Chemistra." A gleeful voice of Maduruma emerged through Chemistra's ear, "Your new cybernetic form looks spectacular and amazing at the same time.
Chemistra grunted, "You compliment means nothing, insignificant fool."
Maduruma giggled with an ear-piercing distortion, "Don't be that harsh, Chemistra."
"I as your future servant only gave you a compliment with your new form," Maduruma exclaimed. "I adore you for removing the most noticeable feminine feature that is located on the chest."
"I'm here to settle the matters with you," Chemistra argued with an infuriating demeanor. "So you better stop praising my cybernetic body."
"Because it just makes more look like a self-absorbed and incompetent man. Rather than, a true cold-blooded Machine Herald, Maduruma." Chemistra added with a brief chortle.
At first, Maduruma let out a shocked gasp with him enduring detrimental words of Chemistra as the twister rubbed its chest. The pain of hearing the words was like a sword stabbed the beating heart as he strengthened the rubbing on the metal chest.
However, a cheerful burst of distorting laughter emerged through the twister robot lung. Another irritating grunt was declared by Chemistra as the boisterous laughter of Maduruma invaded her ears, watching her foe toss aside the temporal heartbreaking time.
"Okay, I understood your point of view, Chemistra," Maduruma mumbled and commanded the twister robot to bow half of his body towards Chemistra, giving her a sense of respect. Then, the twister robot put down the slashing position hand before releasing a persuasive hand into The Chemist's sight.
Maduruma chuckled and released a calm persuasion, "So let us enter the portal together. If you are really eager to meet me."
"I had a special present for you." Maduruma mumbled happily as the twister robot was ordered to turn his back into Chemistra's sight and slid into the portal direction, "A very beneficial present that might improve your perspective in this world."
"Fine," Chemistra uttered bluntly.
Hence, Chemistra began to cautiously trail the twister robot as it widely extended all the five-needle fingers on the gauntlet. The cautiousness within her cybernetic head lightened up when she witnessed the twister robot fully enter the green portal, vanishing the traces of its physical presence in the blink of an eye.
The resilient, trailing steps were stopped as Chemistra's cybernetic arms felt a sudden solicitous touch behind the shoulder parts. A lenient touch of someone who was familiar with The Chemist as she peaked the concise eyes on the back, convinced her to put down her wiry hands from the shooting position.
The Chemist sight captured a presence of her human self, stood on her back with a worriedness shone through her eyebrows. Chemistra swiftly released a sigh as she turned around to get a complete picture of her human self.
Refined black-suit with an apple-red tie wrapping the collar and black long pants was the full appearance her human self showed through Chemistra's eyes. Witnessing her human self who might never come back brought a spark of relief inside The Chemist's cyber-heart as she briefly chuckled.
"Nice to see you again, Misaki." Chemistra greeted her human self and nodded.
"Chemistra….be careful," Misaki remarked with a concerned wince, "If you lose the battle..against..you might."
"Becoming his enforcer or easiest definition, a puppet." Chemistra bluntly cut off her human self from finishing the sentence. "I understand the consequences and I will not fail since I already received some adjustment and knowledge from Southern Shield."
"This is also the perfect chance for me to show we are better than that augmented fool," Chemistra added with a blissful chortle.
Skepticism swarmed Misaki's expression as she unnervingly bit her lips and took a shivering step back. Chemistra shook her head and gave a gladful chuckle towards her human self, freezing her with a bemused frown that entered the entirety of her face.
Moreover, The Chemist tilted her head with the cheering giggle resembling a young girl in teenage years rang through Misaki's ear. Her human self only raised the puzzling furrow to Chemistra before blowing out a shocked gasp, slowly grasping the intention of the cyber self as she raised her eyebrows.
"Believe me, your sacrifice will not be wasted." Chemistra confessed, "You also one of the main reasons that I could stand up and continued my life as the Cybernetic Superhero, Chemistra."
"Besides, Papa and Ayari are the only people who are aware that you still exist, Misaki Kamiya," Chemistra added.
Misaki reluctantly sighed and opened a slight-cheering smirk, "I see your point."
"I'm sorry for being concerned about this mission," Misaki said as she bowed her upper body in apologizing demeanor. "I am still quite afraid Maduruma has some tricks that can shut us down and make this progression useless."
"Skeptical and anxiousness may appear, but as I said before, I will defeat him by my own hand," Chemistra mentioned with a firm tone. "Besides, it's better for you to take a rest, Misaki Kamiya."
A swarm of blistering snowflakes shrouded Misaki Kamiya's entire body as she widened the acceptance smile for meeting her resting time. A firm nod was declared by Chemistra and witnessed her human self blowing into hundreds of white sparkles that flew freely to the cloudy sky, confirming the serene farewell.
Therefore, Chemistra began to turn around and nailed the cautious stares into the gleaming door in frontline She swiftly continued the approaching steps and gave a pondering onto the sky above-view.
Pondering a few possibilities when she entered the portal and met Maduruma, became a crystal clear presentation within her mind. A presentation of her hauled The Machine Herald by the neck like capturing a rare prey and showed it to the public eyes as an achievement trophy.
The mind presentation blessed her with a chance to share craving laughter of joyfulness. Cravenness for wishing the wonderful presentation would fall into her grasp, encouraged her to walk rapidly into the portal door that steadily awaited her presence to get there.
Thus, Chemistra's entire cybernetic body completely entered the wide mouth of the portal door. It allowed The Chemist's affirmative presence to be voluntarily swallowed by the green portal before shrunk down in an instance after having a satisfying lunch in today, leaving the rooftop in a bitter peace with the wind flow blowing across the buildings.
The pitch-black room greeted Chemistra who raised the heedfulness as she hoisted the bulky gauntlet's needle fingers in a shooting position. The Chemist surveyed the surroundings with the gleaming pale-white light emerging through her eyes, forcing her to saunter.
She even back and forth steered the needle fingers from left to right for preparing an abrupt ambush within the pure darkness of the room. Instead of discovering the sight of her opponent, Chemistra witnessed the decapitated head of the twister robot stranding on the rusty-gray metal floor.
The same twister robot who accompanied her to enter this gloomy-dark room had now met its end. The Chemist in a hurry sauntered the shivering feet in reverse after blowing out a grimace gasp across the room.
Hence, Chemistra clenched the wiry hands into a tightened fist and plunged a punch on her chest. A sense of bitter calmness luckily fell down into her grasp as her feet became steady before a familiar, delightful voice of a male echoed through her hearing and it spoke,
"Welcome to Tendou Akarui secret lab, Chemistra."
