In an attempt to hit the airborne human, the Goblin King swung his sceptre but narrowly missed.
A split second later, Marius gripped onto his staff tighter as he pulled it downward. The Bone Spear plunged into the Goblin King's skull with a sickening crunch, driving through bone and tissue.
The creature let out a blood-curdling roar of agony, its eyes bulging as blood and brain matter splattered in every direction, painting the ground green.
The Goblin King's body convulsed violently, limbs flailing as if possessed, before collapsing into a lifeless heap, leaving Marius standing amidst the carnage.
His hands were left holding the shattered pieces of the Bone Spear.
"Did that do it?" Maintaining a vigilant stance and remaining alert, Marius muttered to himself while witnessing the overwhelming shock and subsequent escape of the surrounding goblins.
