" Brother Raymond is so late today, what's taking him so long? " said a Soul woman doctor as she sits at her table.

" Dammit, it seems to be in charge in the Lesser Region is that hard, no wonder many Soul Knights hated to be stationed here," she says to herself.

" Thank goodness brother Raymond still wants to come here and help on some occasions, after all, this Lesser Region of Soul City is the most vulnerable place for Spirit Attacks. "

" Not because the natural resources are limited, but the Soul Knights from the Capital Region seem to not care about this place at all. "

" Guess, we can only hope that good fortune will come into this place while sur~ "

"( A doorbell ring, another patient perhaps... )" she says to herself.

"( Dammit, it must be those fools who dare to step out from the city and hunt the Spirits without any safety procedures! those 'Spirit Hunters'. )" she already had a bad guess, since many Souls who are not actually Soul Knight decides to use the Astral Power that they trained independently and hunt Spirits in order to gain more Astral Core as money.

The Astral Core itself has many uses in the Astral World, especially in Souls' Realm, the Astral Core they gained from Spirits can be used as money in order to buy some things and this type of currency is available to those ordinary Souls who did not become a Soul Knights since the Knights, by law, can just take and buy anything they want without having to pay with an Astral Core like Captain Raymond, Tracker 101 and this woman doctor (No wonder many want to become a Soul Knight).

"( Dammit those Spirit Hunters, guess I had to make a new rule that says 'No medical treatment for Spirit Hunters anymore'! )" she says as she then opens the door and sees.

" Wait, aren't you!? "

" I'm home!!! " Captain Raymond says as he returns with Tracker 101 and also with some hooded person as he was covered in black hood and robes.

" How are things today, any fools who do Spirit Hunting beside us the Knights, Ellie? " Captain Raymond calls the woman's name, Ellie.

"( Is she captain Raymond's sister perhaps? )" Shiro asks as he still covers his face with his hood for he had done so many hours ago right after entering this City in order to avoid any trouble with the Soul people in this place.

"( I see, so the hood prevents those Souls from seeing me, a Spirit, as an enemy, huh? )"

"( Back then, when I'm alive, my option for clothes are very minimum and I never know the basic style of other clothes such as jackets, robes and etc. )"

"( Because of that, that must be why those people who hate me during my lifetime can immediately notice me from afar since I only wear the same clothes for years. )"

"( No wonder, after all, I was only given some cents of money at that time, for food for a drink, before I finally, my age turned 13, the time when the people decided to execute me because of their beliefs unknown to me. )"

" Is he a Spirit Hunter? is he injured? " she asks as her eyes sharply stare at Shiro, for she begins to suspect him for being not ordinary.

" No, Mrs. Ellie, he's not injured! " Tracker 101 replies.

" We only take him here to perform a medical check-up on him, since we want to know- "

" Shut the F up! "

" Don't fool me with your lies! " Ellie yells at Tracker.

" This hooded person is not a Soul, isn't he? " Ellie asks which shocks the three of them, especially Shiro who immediately wondered how did she know, is she simply bluffing, threatening, or perhaps she was just testing it?

"( Okay, what should I do now? should I respond? )" Shiro asks himself while captain Raymond gives me a 'hold it' gesture as he orders me to stay put and stay silent for he will be the one who will give the introduction.

" No sister, he's actually not like that, or rather... "

" Rather what, I can literally sense his astral energy looked like a Spirit! "

" Are you bringing him here because of him stating that he's a human during his lifetime!? "

" Like that one before!? " Ellie asks Raymond which made him stutter and also made Shiro more curious about this.

"( 'Like that one before'? Do you mean there's another Spirit who is actually a human in its lifetime like me before? )" Shiro wonders about it, immediately remembering why Captain Raymond is so nice to him and believed him being a human in just seconds which made Shiro wondered if there some kind of a glitch often in the dead people's Astral Manifestation.

"( I still don't get it, is there some kind of a glitch in the Astral Manifestation process that made me a Spirit right now instead of a Soul? )" Shiro wonders while Captain Raymond still has some debate with his sister about Shiro.

" Now can you understand? "

" We only want to give him some medical checkups on him, okay? "

" Just to find out if he receives some wound and had some X-ray on him, can it be done, Ellie? "

" Find if you insist, captain. "

" But let me tell you just this, if he somehow makes things go wrong, I will kill him in the spot using some extermination tools in here, you understand!? " Ellie leaves as she prepares the medic room for the process while the three boys take some rest and await for the medical progress to begin.

"( Shit, exterminate me on the spot! )"

"( This is nuts, even for me..., I mean... )"

"( How will she kill me in this place, using a scalpel perhaps!? )"

"( Or she would like to sedate me until I sleep for eternity and then, argghhh..., please no... )"
