Sophia and Mooney walked through the forest to the river. Mooney directed Sophia to go further. When they reached the river, it was clearer than the river Sophia used to visit to get the daily water.
"Pop, look! I can see some fish there! I'll catch them!"
"Sure, be careful tho. It is deeper than the river near the cave."
Sophia nodded and smiled. "Yes, Pop." She ran to the river and was prepared to catch some fish. However, she gasped when she saw her reflection in the water. Sophia touched her hair and sobbed. "My hair …."
"Hey, little pup, what's wrong? Come here. Don't stand on the river."
Sophia sobbed but walked toward Mooney. "Pop … my hair …."
Mooney growled. "What's wrong with your hair?"
"It's so short! I look like a boy!" Sophia covered her mouth with both hands and shook her head. "It's hideous!"
