"Something in the way she moves
Attracts me like no other lover..
Something in the way she woos me
I don't want to leave her now
You know I believe and how
Somewhere in her smile she knows
That I don't need no other lover
Something in her style that shows me
I don't want to leave her now
You know I believe and how
You're asking me will my love grow
I don't know, I don't know
You stick around, now it may show
I don't know, I don't know
Something in the way she knows
And all I have to do is think of her
Something in the things she shows me
I don't want to leave her now
You know I believe and how..."
---- " bien-aimée, how about a song now?" The boy proposed in his honeyed voice.
-- " Which one?" The girl was seemingly interested.
--- " How about The Beatles? Your favourite one? "
-- " Aww baby. I'd love that! put it on speaker." The girl was excited.
--- " Wait a minute.... Ah.. here you go..!" The boy put a cassate-disc on the gramophone. " Baby !! Here comes your favourite RJ for this beautiful night. Love you."
-- " Thank you darling. I love you too..."
... love you too."
"NOOOOOOOOO....!"
Lina suddenly jolted up in her sleep. She abruptly woke up from the dream and took a deep breath.
She still could vividly remember the day. The day which took everything from her, which made her heart frozen, which broke her up entirely.
The entire scene were playing round in her head. She rose from ther sleeping posture. Previously, Lina thought that she had forgotten everything. But since yesterday nothing seemed right.
It needed just one song to send him to the Hell's door. Lina bent and brought the knees to her face and embraced them.
Her hand subconsciously reached her parted lips. Just now she had heard herself saying these words "I love you too."
It suddenly stirred up something which she had hidden deep inside her heart. It's been long she heard herself saying these words. She hated him, she tried everything to forget him but why did her heart still ache for him?
Why it was making her uncomfortable?
Lina remained in a half-lying posture on the bed slowly inhaling and exhaling, trying hard to make herself stable. The song coming from outside didn't help the situation at all but worsened it.
Lina kept breathing in and out slowly.
The cold breeze coming from the open window startled her, waking her up from dizziness.
The faint soothing music was still coming from the balcony making her more uncomfortable.
It was just like a de-ja-vu.
Another night. Another familiar song.
The last time she heard this song was years ago. That night too was just like this. Rain storms were going on that night too. It was one of those nights where Lina would go to sleep having her earphones on, listening to the songs which 'he' used to play.
Again the same song from her dream. Again those same feelings. Again those feelings were coming back. Those memories that haunted her every night for last few years.
Lina desperately searched every drawer of the bedside shelf for sleeping pills. She was about to drink the pills when her eyes struck to the wall.
There was this picture of her with her brother and sister. Rini's words from the morning suddenly made way to her mind.
Lina had promised her not to take sleeping pills anymore. Her hands slowly came back to her sides.
But she was not ready. She was not able to make herself stable anymore. She was desperately in need of something that could stabilize her.
The window was wide open. The music was still coming from outside. Lina dragged her shaking body towards the window and close it.
She came back to the bed after lighting up the whole room. The sounds of lightening from outside were giving her goosebumps. Lina just hated rainy nights though once it was her favourite.
Lina was most afraid of lightening. She entirely covered herself with blanket and plugged in to the QQ music to prevent outside sounds.
Few hours later her tired body slowly drifted off to sleep.

The man next door was quietly listening to the music from his forever favourite playlist. The songs on it always made him calm.
Midnight summer rain had made the weather cool. There was just hustling and bustling of rain was heard. If one heard closely he could feel some rhythm in the guise of pouring rain. The man was immersed in the soothing mother nature. He couldn't help but feel romantic. Drowsiness was slowly invading him when suddenly he heard some sound.
No! It was not any simple sound. More like a scream. Like someone was screaming her lungs out.
It was enough to break his sleep for the rest of the night. He followed the source of the noise and found it to be coming from the next door.
The tenant next door was screaming.More like she was crying in pain. The man made his way to the door and continued knocking at the door.
But the door was never opened. Few times later he felt someone was walking frantically inside. After that he saw some light rays coming from the room.
There was no sound anymore. Rather the sound of window closing came to his ear. He then returned back to his own room.
There was still The Beatles were playing on the gramophone in the living room. He grabbed some drinks from the refrigerator and sat on the sofa facing the balcony outside.
The lights coming from the next door were lighting up his bonsai tree collection in the balcony.
He remained in the same posture for the next few hours. The person was in a deep thought. But nothing could do anything to clear his questions arising within himself.
He kept listening to the music before making his way to the dreamland.
The night was still young.
Hey guys!
How are you all?
