Chapter 4: Magic Class vs Technology Class

There are two main classifications of educational track you could take. Technology-based curriculum focuses on the integration of electronic machines onto society, while Magic-based curriculum hones one's knowledge and proficiency in the field of magic.

Technology Department provides individuals with special benefits in studying and researching anything and everything about machines. Any expense related to its development is shouldered by the department, and papers and material resources are freely accessible by all students.

Magic Department on the other hand is on the opposite spectrum. Students compete for resources and benefits through rankings and contributions to the school. Although every student is accounted for enough budget for their daily life, a student on top of the ranks will be loaded with resources enough to last for a lifetime.

The last and the most unpopular one is the Magi-Tech Department. As the nature of Magic and Technology is known to be opposites of each other, this third department doesn't seem to follow that course. This department seeks the balance between the two. It finds ways to integrate magic into technology and technology into magic. They have been successful in few cases, but like oil and water, Magic and Technology doesn't mix well.
