A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. Thus, begins the journey of the Soldiers chosen by Time!

The Adow team met up at their rendezvous location, which surprisingly turned out to be a hospital of all places.
Due to the influence of someone high up in the organisation, teams like the Adow team were trained not to use abandoned facilities, but rather hide in plain sight in crowded places.
Many operatives didn't understand why this became policy. Logically speaking, it made more sense to use an abandoned building than a crowded place like a hospital.
Too bad for them, most of the time, the operatives were given locations to use by dispatch, which mostly meant they had no choice but to make use of non-abandoned facilities.
The Adow team was in this predicament.

Not too long later, a van arrived and parked beside him.
