A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. The Number Corps members took a seat at the table.
The Navy Chief, Vice Admiral Ola Ezeoba, looked at the group with a strange expression. The Navy was the only wing of the Armed Forces not represented in the Corps.
Heck, even the NDI and the DSS had a representative in the Corps.
On the other hand, Lieutenant General Tukur Dambazau involuntarily smiled with pride.
The Army was the biggest contributor to the Corps.
Officially, Brigadier General Kola Balogun was the only representative from the Army with Lt Colonel Anu Aliu-Balogun representing Military Intelligence, a somewhat independent unit under the Ministry of Defence and Captain Korede Balogun using the DSS's slot, everyone knew this was just a mere technicality.
