A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. "You want me to do what…?!" Kola Balogun shot up from his seat.
"We want you to-. No, we need you to bring Korede out of the hospital, Commander." Fatima repeated.
"I heard you the first time. I'm not deaf, Second-Lieutenant." Brigadier General Kola Balogun snapped. His suppressed emotions involuntarily surfaced.
He saw the young team's reaction.
He heaved a sigh and calmed himself.
If anyone wanted to harm his brother, it wouldn't be these guys. There had to be a reason for them to say this.
"You need to give me a damned good reason why I should listen to this nonsense."
"We might have a way to heal him." Mary said.
"Might?"
"No. We have a way to save him." Temitope said.
