Abdul-Lateef looked at his watch. It was almost 8 pm.
"Finally..." He thought as he stalked his target from behind.
He had been watching Bilal Hassan for a hours now, looking for the opportunity to strike. The chance never came.
Now was the best chance he had since the target was heading home from the government building. He had changed into a more inconspicuous casual outfit.
'But how should I go about it...'
Korede asked him to make sure the death didn't have a hint of an assassination. There was no need to invite a lengthy investigation to the death of an aide to the Energy Minister few hours to announcing the winners of the exploration rights.
