"Something wrong?" Buchanan asked.
"Just wondering how he's financing all this. I don't think the equipment and logistics involved for his plans came cheap," Korede thought out loud.
"Who stands to gain if this deal doesn't go through?' He asked.
"A number of people, really," Buchannan answered. "Any contractor working on the ship to be transferred could potentially lose their contracts once the Japanese take over the ship. I'm sure the Japanese will want to use their local contractors.
