A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. Thus, begins the journey of the Soldiers chosen by Time!

To the outside world, Somali's biggest problem was that it lacked a functioning national government, the agent of the State.
However, to the people on the ground, the biggest problem wasn't the lack of the government in and of itself, but rather the lack of a stable, ever-present, equal defence-security force.
The country was largely clan-based.
The people had become used to the clan-rule system so the lack of a national central government didn't register in their daily lives due to the presence of the Clan's leadership and government.
Ironically, what affected the people the most was the inter-rivalry between the different Clans' leadership which usually led to conflict, which had nothing to do with the people at the lowest rugs of society, but were unfortunately the most affected by it.
