Chakra. A word that was derived from the Sanskrit word of Cakra, which meant wheel or circle. It was considered to be collective name of the seven spiritual centers of powers that resided in the human body.
In another universe, it was the term given to the life energy that coursed through all living matter by combining the physical and mental energies. One that was essential to life to the point the lack of it would kill them. Later on in that same universe, it would be revealed that this energy was not created by combining physical and mental energies, but actually given to them by a man that descended from a line of aliens that travelled from world to world in order to increase their power by depriving those worlds of all life.
That was the chakra that coursed through my body now, a body that seemed very much different to what I was used to. A body with a skin as pale as freshly fallen snow, milky white eyes with no pupils, snowlike hair and a pair of white horns on my forehead.
I was officially the whitest person on the world.
These new changes, along with the fact that I no longer was in my own world, had been somewhat... overwhelming at first. Seriously, I was a goddamn Otsutsuki, even if a rather weak one, in an anime world. Though it would have been quite less troublesome if I was in an anime I knew well instead of... Hero Schooling? Something like that, I was not entirely sure. All I knew was that it was something I watched about three episodes of before dropping due to the ridiculous amount of crying from the main character whose first act of heroism was to help the guy that told him to kill himself less than a day ago.
So yeah, I said screw it and stopped watching it. Which I was now deeply regretting due to not knowing anything about the plot of this world. Hell, I wouldn't even realize that this was a world I knew of if it hadn't been for the ridiculous amount of media coverage about a mass of muscles that had a ridiculous hairstyle.
All Might was pretty much the only thing about the show that I had, somewhat, liked. A guy that gets his stomach and several other organs ripped out and still go out to fight, that was metal as shit! Shame that his standards for a successor was also shit.
But that was not important. What was important was the fact that I had woken up in this stupid world as an Otsutsuki and had been trying to get my life in some sort of order. Though to be honest, I kinda gave up on that order thing after realizing that I had no documents of identification and that training with my new Otsutsuki abilities was far more interesting.
Even without the whole chakra deal, I could fucking fly! I had Byakugan that could see for miles and through solid objects! And finally, chakra.
It made me understand how people like Pain, Madara and all the other Otsutsuki could develop god complexes so easily. An energy based power that could mimic and control the aspects of reality, from simple elements to fundamental forces like gravity and magnetism. I understood, even as a complete weakling compared to other Otsutsuki; which was still far greater than normal humans.
Maybe it was because of the fact that I was an Otsutsuki but it had been ridiculously easy to reverse engineer things I knew from the original show like tree walking, turning chakra into wind nature and even rasengan. Before I knew it, I had reverse engineered them all and more. Then I finally started making a life for myself.
It probably would have been better if it wasn't a life of crime but beggars can't be choosers. And to be honest, it wasn't like any of those rich assholes needed the money I took and the people whose skulls I cracked were definitely asking for it. I might have become something of a big deal after cracking one skull to many.
Though I did make two new friends after the whole becoming a big deal thing. My first friend was named Hyoga, a rather huge dog that looked more akin to a black wolf who had a rather interesting side. Which was the fact that he had chakra.
I didn't know how, I didn't know why and I did not care about either of them but Hyoga was the only being in this world other than me that had chakra. Maybe that was why he had gotten attached to me so easily, an instinctual knowledge of the fact that we were similar. Again, I didn't really care about those details much. What I did care about was the fact that I had a dog with chakra and other superpowers that included becoming as large as a bus and having some sort of ice breath attack. Screw the rules, I have a giant ice wolf!
My second friend on the other hand...
"How long do you intend to just lay down there?" Quite a bit more mundane as she was just a girl with blonde hair and no chakra. But she did have a rather sassy personality and a quirk that allowed her to gather information on people just by looking at them. Kinda cool, wonder what she learned the first time she looked at me. "You know that you were the one who asked me to search for 'interesting' people, you can at least help."
"Nah, this feels more like your thing Lisa."
"It's Tattletale." Oh; and she had this weird fixation on codenames even though she already told me her, presumably, real name.
"Yeah yeah, just tell me if you find anything interesting." I waved her off and laid back down, on Hyoga's fluffy stomach.
"As a matter of fact, I did found someone you might find interesting." She said smugly, catching my attention. "Some sort of nut job calling herself Fuma Kotaro. She just had been caught by a team up of heroes after she murdered some people and villains in fights, along with half of the team that came after her until one of the heroes managed to get a lucky shot and knocked her out." She said as she turned her computer towards me and hot damn!
This Kotaro might be a nut job, as Lisa declared her to be, but damn she was hot! By comparing her to the picture of the heroes who were escorting her, I would say she was slightly above two meters and made out of pure muscle that when combined with her red hair and facial tattoos gave her an amazon-like beauty. She very well might be the most beautiful woman I ever saw since coming to this world where almost everybody looked like models anyway.
"Give me the coordinates for where she'll be." I said with a huge smile.
"So you are recruiting her." Lisa said with a sigh. "Why am I not surprised that a maniac like you would be interested in a maniac like that." She kept going but the sound coming from my phone that she did send the coordinates anyway.
"Just so you know, the moment she becomes a danger to me; I'll be leaving."
"You already said that about me anyway." I said with a laugh. "I'll be back within a few hours, there's some leftover spaghetti in the fridge." And then I jumped out of the window and flew towards the coordinates.
I knew nothing about the plot of this poor man's comic book anime, but I would make it into my bitch anyway. It was time to turn this world upside down!
------------
"I... I still can't believe this."
"Toshi; I understand that you are shocked, I am shocked too, but you say that again and I will punch you in the face."
"Still, Toshinori-kun has a point. It is rather shocking to see a dead woman just turning up in UA." Nezu, the principal of the best hero school in the world and a rodent with a quirk, said with a smile as he looked at the woman before him; who definitely should be dead. "So, is there anything you can tell us about it; Shimura-san?"
