I chuckled at the older Primzahl's joke. It did make for a decent trust-building exercise. And that was on top of getting a good bout of cathartic release from airing out your grievances and thoughts.
"Just to reiterate, I won't tolerate any form of negative shaming for anybody that's willing to share their thoughts," I sternly reminded. "This is a positive session, we're doing. And I'm not forcing everyone to share something. If you guys want, I might just be the only person to say something here."
I gave out a failed disarming chuckle. The general atmosphere only seemed to get colder as I found myself sitting back down on my log. Well, at least I tried, right?
