/"What exactly do you think is going on with Callie and Austin?/" Tucker asked me. I lifted my head to look at him. His brows were furrowed in what I would say was confusion.

/"What do you mean?/" I asked him. I knew they were for sure friends, but I also was nearly sure there was more there. Austin was around a lot. He did the park with them every Monday. He didn’t always make it to dinner at Callie’s parents’, but I figured he was working those times. I saw Callie and him talking in the corner at times in hushed voices almost like a lover’s spat. She always smiled when he was around. And there were the words that had gotten me started on this thought process, Austin had called Maddy and Callie his girls that first Monday when he showed up to take them to the park. It was obvious that there was a lot of love between him, Callie and Maddy.

/"You don’t think they are.../" Tucker hesitated.
