My name is Arthur. I have not a single memory of my father or mother, however I was informed that my mom passed away upon giving birth to me. And well, my dad? Never even heard anything about the guy. It was dreadful - Living solemnly with my aunt who kindly took me in after her sister perished. Everyone around me always treated me as though I was garbage.

I would get beaten up by kids my age just because I was an orphan. Adults would baptize me as the 'cursed child' due to the fact my parents' last breathes were soon after I set foot into life. The only one who were with me through sickness and the hard times, were none other than my aunt who took me in.

I never experienced school life - something that every kid at my area did. My aunt was barely getting by each day with her low wage job; and I didn't want to bother her further. They would boast about a 'parent's love' with extremely exaggerated swagger. And.. I think that's enough of my backstory. You know.. I'm not really keen on recollecting memories about my previous life.

Then one fateful day, I awoke in an unfamiliar site, a man sitting beside me. I glanced around the room, yet couldn't retrace a single event which took place. I was informed that I had deceased in my previous life and arrived to Skystead... a world filled with magic and fantasies.. a world where I could finally live life to its fullest.

I was shocked. This sounded like something that came straight out of a fantasy book; dying and reincarnating, in a parallel world no less. What was even more surprising for me was to learn about mana and everything - unbelievable at first. It felt like I could abandon my previous life and start off fresh in this world. Mr. Paul was kind enough to take care of me since I'm a reincarnate and I'm all ears for what this world has to offer... What will I become of..?
