Alpha Pudding

"It's okay!"

That was the complete sentence that Robin bothered to speak out loud, as he gestured for her to free his wrist from her grip with the help of his big almond shaped eyes.

"I am so sorry…"

Saying this, Nora left his hand very calmly within a second, while internally she was screaming inside the walls of her mind, about how Robin could just end the entire conversation by just saying two words! As if it was not already enough for her to have joined the walk of shame in her first leisure hour, now she is supposed to dig a hole six feet under the ground, and rest there.

This was when she was jolted into her senses by sensing her fingers inter- latcing with a new set of five fingers, and a voice very familiar to her echoed in her ears.

"Don't worry, it was your first day in the Alpha house for Orion pack, that's why I asked Louis to make sure that no omega stays here to serve you today.

As we can't risk your safety, so I think only the cook might be here. And when we both have already eaten, then I will just give you a small tour of the Alpha palace and this-"

"There will be more food there?"

Nora asked, suddenly cutting him off in the middle once again, when he had finally mustered the entire courage of his life to give her the gift.

And before he could have answered her recently- asked question, she dragged him inside the Alpha palace. Just as expected, she saw the cook and a few servants standing by the dinning table, ready to serve the food, patiently waiting for her to arrive.

After entering there, the first thing that she saw was the decadent food! Piping hot food, presented and played beautifully, waiting to be eaten and appreciated.

Mesmerized, she took a few quick steps further to reach the dining table and the first thing after she did after seating herself on a empty chair, was to start getting ready to eat all the delicacies presented in front of her! While seating on the second empty chair by her side, Robin exclaimed,

"Nora! Stop eating, you are already full till your lungs."

"Robin! Don't you know me, I can be full up to my neck."

Although she had spoken all these words in a mocking tone with a happy smile, but there was some moisture in her eyes, remembering how she had always been forced to eat in her dark dungeon, with the absence of any living proof in this world. Most of the food she had eaten her entire life was not according to her preference, but today… today, when she was taking her meal after teasing Louis, she finally realised how badly she was missing out on this pleasure from her life and-

Her thought bubble was interrupted in the middle, when Robin pulled out the Calzone from her hand and pushed over a plate towards her.

"Here! Eat this, I don't know how it slipped from my mind. After all, today was your first dinner in the Alpha cafeteria, I needed to order this Alpha pudding for you, as it is almost a tradi-"

Nora ignored whatever he was saying and took the plate in her hands, eyeing the purple -orange pudding with sparkling eyes. She finished it even before he could have finished his sentence, before asking;

"Yummy! What was that?"

"You have never eaten it before?!"

Robin asked with shock, because this statement was already far- fetched from the surprise that an Alpha princess had never eaten Alpha pudding. The moment he realised that there was the proof of servants present there, he quickly changed the question before she could have replied.

"Nora! I think it's already late and I think I should leave now. But before that…"

He paused and looked towards the servants who were still standing there , ready to do anything they desired at a single command.

"I want all of you to vacate the palace as quickly as possible, as the Princess is not used to staying in the presence of staff members who are not familiar to her. And for security purposes, the guards from Moon pack will arrive shortly. Leave, quick!"

He raised his voice while ending his command, knowing that if he didn't do this, then they might raise questions about his and Nora's identities, that would make them stand on rival fields, opposite to each other. And according to his assumption, everyone left the building in no time.

It was finally perfect time for him to give her the phone he was struggling to gift her since morning. Thinking this, he finally stood up from the chair and pulled out the box that was resting in his pocket since morning;

"Here! Take this, it is a phone, I have already fed my number in it and switched it on. All you have to do is to call me the moment you sense something wrong and it also has a user manual, so you don't have to panic if you don't understand any of the features.

And one more thing, don't fear about anything, I am just one call away. It's just that I can't stay here with you at night, or else I would have stayed; but you just take a good shower and go to bed. If everything goes okay at night and you don't get yourself in another grave danger, then will give you a wake up call in the morning."

Saying this, he subconsciously pulled her head towards his chest and murmured;

"And also, stop eating or else you are going to burst!! I promise, no one is going to snatch your favourite food from you in future, so rest assured."

After this, he walk out of the dining hall and then the Alpha palace, without even realising what he just had done. He was too stuck in the thoughts of how Nora had never eaten an Alpha pudding before. There was also the presence of a visible red patch on her face and neck, which could only vanish after a cool shower, as it was a clear sign of allergy that only occurs when a non - alpha ate that pudding.
