"Sister Ajie." Mu Zilin recognized the girl. She was his brother's classmate. She had once come to their house with a group of other people. Because she was the only girl, Mu Zilin remembered her.
"I didn't expect to meet you here. Are you here with your little girlfriend?" Ajie looked at Shuishui and thought that she was quite beautiful. Mu Zilin was the same as his brother. He was also very good-looking, but the difference between the brothers was their temperament. Of course, Mu Ziyu was much more outstanding than Mu Zilin. Mu Zilin waould dawdle all day and did not like to study. However, as the saying went, 'One who loves someone also loves the crow on his roof.' Because she liked Mu Ziyu, she naturally had to please Mu Zilin as well.
Mu Zilin almost spat out the cocktail in his mouth. "Little girlfriend? Sister Ajie, we're not boyfriend and girlfriend. We're just good friends."
"I see." Ajie did not believe it. She did not believe that such innocent relationships between a girl and a boy still existed. She thought that perhaps Mu Zilin had just not wooed Shuishui yet.
Shuishui smiled but did not say anything because she did not know Ajie. It was Mu Zilin who knew her. Also, she disliked how Ajie looked at her like she was a little girl. It was really unpleasant. If she did not want to believe it, then she could not believe it. It did not have much to do with her. Ajie then sat down and asked Mu Zilin, "How are you now? Long time no see. You look a little thinner."
"I'm all right." Mu Zilin did not like to chat with them. "Well, my friend and I will be leaving in a while. You guys have fun."
What Mu Zilin meant was that he did not want their last moments to be disturbed.
Ajie did not understand what he meant. She just sat down and asked her companion to sit down as there was no space around them. "I'll give Ziyu a call and ask him to come."
In the darkness, Mu Zilin's expression did not look too good. He thought that Ajie did not know how to behave and did not understand that they did not want to hang out with them. They still insisted on sitting down and even asked his brother to come. His brother usually disliked going to such occasions, but if he heard that Zilin was there, then his brother might reconsider.
Ziyu received a call from Ajie and was a little confused. "What's wrong?"
"Ziyu, we're at Qing Bar at the back of the mountain. We met your brother, Zilin. Do you want to come?" Ajie asked. She looked forward to it.
Mu Ziyu looked at the document in his hand and was about to reject the invitation when Ajie continued, "Zilin brought a female friend with him. He might be pursuing her. She's pretty. Aren't you coming to take a look and meet her?"
"A female?" Mu Ziyu thought of Qian Shuishui. It could only be Qian Shuishui. He knew his younger brother's personality and that he wouldn't go out with someone he wasn't familiar with.
"Sure. I'll be there soon." Mu Ziyu had planned to go because of Qian Shuishui.
However, Ajie misunderstood. "Okay. We'll wait for you here."
Ajie returned to her seat. "Zilin, your brother will be here soon."
"No way. My brother is really coming?" Mu Zilin was a little surprised. He knew that his brother would not come to such an occasion. Moreover, when he went out, his brother would not interfere.
Ajie was in a good mood. She said to her companion, "Later, we can go sing or something."
"Sure. Everyone is about to graduate. The chances of us meeting again soon is very unlikely." The boy did not care. He had only been invited by Ajie for a drink.
Many people knew that Ajie liked Mu Ziyu, but anyone with a discerning eye could tell that Mu Ziyu did not like Ajie. Ajie's companion did not know why Ziyu agreed to go out. Was it really because of his younger brother?
Mu Ziyu was the publicly acknowledged prince charming in their school. He had never had a girlfriend during his four years of university, which made many people wonder if Mu Ziyu was gay. It was obvious that he was not. A gay person had previously confessed to Mu Ziyu, and Mu Ziyu instantly shot him down when he said, "I like women."
Mu Zilin saw that Shuishui was about to finish her milk tea. "What do you want to drink? I'll go buy it."
"Whatever," Shuishui said casually.
Mu Zilin stood up and went to order a plate of fruits, as well as Shuishui's favorite chicken wings. Finally, he ordered a cup of orange juice. Shuishui would usually be quite satisfied with whatever he ordered, so he felt that Shuishui would like what he chose for her.
