Two days later, they arrived in the southeastern part of the battlefield.

The blood-red colour must have had a unique origin, for Ludwig was able to see this colour fully even in the ethereal world. As they moved, he inspected the colour more and more and made the carriage move towards where it was paler.

At one point, he realised something and halted. 'I should be in the inner ring, if we go any further, with the range of the formations we'll put in place, they might realise it... it's better to halt here.'

He looked around and saw that this was already a good place, they were moving about for a few hours, so by now everyone was just waiting for him to say whether he was satisfied, the others couldn't be bothered anymore, it all looked the same.
