The next day, around noon, the newlyweds traveled to Gilimanuk, specifically to a restaurant with a mainstay menu of Ayam Betutu. Andien did not suggest this place this time, instead asking Dirga to make arrangements for lunch.
"Do you come here often, Babe?" inquired Dirga.
"This is the first time," Andien said.
"Really?"
"Yep. With you, this is the first time."
Dirga laughed, and Andien smiled broadly.
"People say Ayam Betutu here is the best, babe," Dirga said once more.
"Hmm... Let's give it a shot, shall we?"
Dirga intertwined their fingers as they waited for their food to arrive. Andien never tired of staring at her husband, who talked back and forth about everything from his life in London - which he had never told Andien - to simply asking where the cafe selling western but halal food was.
