"S-29! S-29! S-29!"
S-19 shouted in desperation, repeatedly hitting the large stone blocking her path and whatever lay behind it. Sounds of battle, flesh being torn, animal growls, and cries could be heard from behind the stone.
However, the large stone remained immovable, and the vibrations of the battle caused the earth to collapse and bury it. No matter how many times she struck it, the stone refused to budge.
S-19 dropped to her knees. Tears that had been held back streamed down her cheeks. She looked at her bloodied hands and clenched them tightly. She knew it wasn't the time to linger. At least she had to survive, so S-29's sacrifice wouldn't be in vain.
With determination, S-19 rose to her feet, turned around, and ran out of the narrow passage. Once again, she saw the blood-red sky. She bit her lip and continued running away from the underground station.
