(27) Lady Tsunade the 5th hokage

NARUTO POV

its been a few days since we found granny Tsunade and her agreeing to come back and heal everyone and become the next hokage

we also ran into that Orichimaru guy and his creepy friend. and I learned a new move, the resengan.

we were now headed to the hospital she head Kakashi-sensei then went to Sasuke's room. Granny them put her palms on Sasuke's forehead as they glowed a faint green after a few moments later the glow disappears and his eyes fluttered open with an emotionless glare

"your awake"

KIREINA POV

For the past week or so I would train by myself or with Shika's team, Asuma-san was kind enough to tech me some basic wind moves (since I found out that wind is another affinity of mine) which I picked up quickly but not as quickly as a fire move.

If I was not training I was at the hospital and if not at the hospital I was at the old compound. It still pains me to come here but this is the only was I get my unanswered questions answered.

I stopped by the hospital to see how Sasuke was. I heard faint voices from the other side, sliding the door open I saw Naruto and the white haired weirdo sannin standing besides a blonde haired woman who's standing next to his bed "your awake" I said simply everyone's head turns to me "hn, who might she be" I asked as I walked up to the group, pointing to the lady

"oh, Kireina-chan this is Tsunade she head Kakashi and your brother" Naruto introduced

"Hajimemashite (nice to meet you) Tsunade-san, I heard lots of stories about you and admire your work a lot." I polity said with a small bow I noticed the toad sage glem with envy because when we first encounter paths I gave him a mean right hook, Well to be fair I didn't know it was him. I snickered at the memory.

"well, I'll let you two have some Privacy" Tsunade said walking out, followed my the other two

"Arigatō, Naruto" I simply said

he sent a wide grin back "believe it!"

I turned back facing Sasuke who had a blank look and staring off into space "Sasuke" I said waving my hand in front of his face Ssasukee I said in a sing-song tone, snapping my fingers a few times bringing him back to reality "are you ok niichan?" I hummed

"yeah" he simply said, there was a small pause "What the hell were you thinking! you could've gotten yourself killed!" he scolded

"Says the idiot who got trapped in some genjutsu" I sassed back

"What were you even doing following me" he demeaned

"hn" I crossed my arms "answers big brother, I wanted answers that only he could provide" I simply say

"Kireina! he could've killed you" he yelled with a hint of concern

"and what about you? for someone so smart, that was pretty dumb" I scolded, he just rolled his eyes back, I let out a sharp sigh and muttered "I'm just happy your ok, thank to Tsunde-san your okay."

its been a few days since Lady Tsunade returned to the leaf and heal Kakashi and Sasuke of the genjutsu they were under.

a few days after that Tsunde assumed the possession of 5th hokage

".....what, no why" Tamaki says in disbelief

"yeah, I don't know what happened. Its like one moment he normal and the next he went primal." I exclaim

"wow.....I don't know what to say"

Tamaki and I were sitting by the docks just talking

"I hate myself, I was too weak...I wanted to stop it but I couldn't" I cried

"Its okay reika it gonna be okay" Tamaki reassured, patting my back comforting

"and how do you know" I mummer-ed

"because I'm your best friend and its my job to cheer you up when ya fellin down; You do the same"

"hm, I guess" I said deflated

"cheer up Its gonna get better"

"you don't know that for sure" I said

"don't frown, it doesn't suit you" Tamaki commented

"hmphf" I huffed

"c'mon don't be that way" she whined hey how bout we get some ice cream, would you like that? hmm. she asked. I know she's trying to cheer me up but to be honest I don't know how to feel I dig my head father in my knees "maybe" I groan

Tamaki dragged me to the parlor I was honestly bit surpised that she'd do that "here" she said handing me a cone I pressed my lips into a tight line before taking a bit of the ice cream "Arigatō" I muttered

"feel better" she asked I glanced up at her back down at the ice cream, continuing to eat it "eh, felt better" was all I could think of as I wasn't in the particular mindset for a conversation at the moment . I know she was trying to get me out of this slump, but To be honest I feel fine yeah. nothing to worry about, she's just being to kind like always.

"hey, earth to Reika" I herd her snapped her fingers a couple of times, bringing me out of my thoughts

"oh, gomen'nasai." I said "What were you saying?"

"Reika! were you even listening!" she retorted

"I just got caught up in my own thoughts apparently. a lot of things on my mind I guess" I muttered "I'm fine you don't need to worry" I said with a small grin

"okay, whatever you say Reika" she said
