Hidden questions

Arjun was still shocked at Manya’s sudden breakdown. Although he had wanted to wipe away her tears and make her stop crying at that very moment, he let her cry; remembering his instructions from Doctor Maheshwari. He was holding her close, patting and rubbing her back to comfort her in an effort to make her feel comfortable, because he knew for a fact that Manya Rahal would sooner accept death, if she was ever asked to choose between death or crying in front of a stranger. For some reason, it had been imprinted in her mind that the person who let their emotions out in front of others lacked self-control; and acknowledging her weaknesses was one of her biggest fears!
