Aftermath

Arjun stood up from the cold hard ground after a while, he had reached a decision in his mind and nothing could deter his resolve. He then slowly walked towards the parking lot, he wouldn't be going back to his parents home, he messaged his mother to inform her about that and turned his car in the exact opposite direction of his home-he would stay in his apartment that night. It took him 25 minutes to reach his destination, the gatekeeper had been engrossed in listening to his radio telecast and was in slight shock after seeing Arjun’s car without any warning. He was so nervous that he messed up some little things, it took him three attempts to even unlatch the entrance gate; if it had been a normal day, Arjun would have been angry, because he held everyone else to the same standard of perfection as he did himself- but at that moment, he was too broken to be thinking about anything else, all he wanted was peace and quiet.
