"What about my heads up? I'm a criminal defense attorney, Ray. We usually don't mesh well with cops and you bring the chief of homicide division to be acquainted with me?"

"To be honest I didn't think about it that way at all. It completely slipped my mind. I wasn't the one who told him about your profession, someone in the family probably blabbed about it…"
