Theodora was more than just confused. She didn't care about the man who she had left behind in a random corridor of her house. Her fast-moving legs took her to her father's library, where she learned whatever she knew about the world and nature.
She was sure that she would find something to clear her doubts.
She checked the shelves after shelf before she paused near a particular one. Her eyes caught a book on the science of botany.
Pulling that book out of the shelf, she placed it on the table and began flipping the pages without sitting first. She remembered the names of those flowers she had gotten from Mr Collins and thus, it became easy for her to find the exact pages that could help her.
Theodora first checked the pictures to make sure she was looking at the right thing. Once satisfied with the picture and the name, she ran her finger to slow down at the section of their habitat.
