Chapter 27 Shooting OF The Music Video (4)

Two weeks had passed since Kara shot her duet music video with Jake.

She has been working hard these past few weeks shooting her other songs video and it was tough on her.

She has finished shooting most of her songs single videos, which includes:

Now it was time to shoot her final song single titled "Who am I??

She woke up that morning looking fresh, excited, and energetic for her video shoot, she was going to be shooting an inspirational video today and she just couldn't wait to start shooting.

She came out of her room and went straight to the bathroom, to have her shower, minutes later she came out of the bathroom and went straight to her dressing room to get dressed for the video shoot.

She was putting on a red three-step skirt, a white shirt, and a red jacket to match, she had on her neck, the red diamond necklace with a heart-shaped pendant given to her by the strange guy, who she now sees as Jeffrey.

She walked to the front of the full view mirror, to assess herself, she wanted to know if she made any mistakes while dressing herself, but she was amazed at her reflection, reflecting from the full view mirror.

She was looking astoundingly stunning by her appearance that she couldn't believe that she was the one standing and looking at the full view mirror.

She smiled at herself seeing her pretty she looked.

"I just hope you will find me pretty like the others, Jeffrey, I don't know what I'll do without you by my side, I hope you get well soon and come back to me," She thought inwardly.

A few minutes later, she came out of the dressing room and went straight to the dining room for her breakfast, these past few days of shooting her song single videos, she has been skipping lunch and dinner altogether, because of her dedication to seeing the music video shoot shot successfully, she was still trying to meet up with the Princess of Echancia Empire birthday, which was drawing closer every passing day.

Other than that, she just felt drawn to Chadcia, she felt she needed to be there soon and fast, and she couldn't tell why she was feeling that way.

Ten minutes later, she was done with her breakfast, she came out of the Stewart Mansion and went towards the driveway of the Mansion, Rebecca, on the other hand, has gone to the K.S Records with her boss's Mom and the plan was they were going to meet at the shooting venue.

Joshua, Kara's head of security was seen giving orders to his assistant and the rest of the bodyguards.

"Make sure you stay on close range, observing the young lady boss when we get to the video shoot location," Joshua said to the bodyguards in a commanding tone.

"Yes, Sir," The bodyguards replied chorously.

"Remember, they might be fans and paparazzi lurking around, the location for this video shoot is not a private property, so we have to make sure the lady boss isn't disturbed while shooting her music video, ensure all possible threats location are well secured and heavily mounted, Do you all Understand?? Joshua asked Joseph and the other bodyguards.

"Yes, Sir," Joseph and the other bodyguards answered chorously.

Good! "Be sure to always report your status of the post you are assigned to" Joshua said again to the bodyguards in a commanding tone.

"Yes, Sir" The bodyguards chorously replied.

"Remember, I don't want mistakes!! Joshua said again to the bodyguards in a commanding tone.

"Yes, Sir," Your orders shall be carried accordingly, the young lady boss protection is our utmost priority! The bodyguards chorously replied firmly.

And with that, Kara arrived at the driveway, where her bodyguards and limousines were patiently waiting for her while listening to the orders of their "chief".

"Good morning Young Miss Stewart," Joshua and the other bodyguards greeted as soon as they saw Kara.

"Good morning to you too boys," Kara responded warmly.

"How did y'all sleep?? Kara asked Joshua and the bodyguards respectfully

"We slept well Miss Stewart, thanks for your concern," Joshua and the bodyguards responded cheerfully.

"Alright, let's get going, we are late already" Rebecca should be there by now, waiting for me to arrive, y'all know how she is when she is made to wait for someone! Kara said to Joshua and the bodyguards.

"Affirmative Miss Stewart," Joshua replied to Kara with respect while opening the limo door for Kara to get in.

"Try to be easy on your men sometimes, they are human beings, not supernaturals, my mom already told you to be easy on them the other day, but here you are ordering them like as if they are going to some war," Kara said to Joshua while entering the limousine.

"I will try to go easy on them Miss Stewart, but definitely not today, today is the day you are shooting your final song single music video, for us, failure or incompetence in protecting You, Miss Stewart, is not an option! Joshua said firmly to Kara while closing the limo door.

"Whatever, I was only just saying, besides I ain't the one to teach you your job," Kara said to Joshua while rolling her eyes inside the car.

And with that, Joshua got into the limo, turned on the ignition, and zoomed off heading to the venue of the video shoot, alongside the other four limousines containing the other bodyguards accompanying Kara's limousine as convoys.

The music video director, Director Larry, and the crew members were pacing up and down, setting the props for the video shoot enthusiastically, while waiting for Kara to arrive.

Rebecca is seen pacing around, looking frantically at her wristwatch.

"When is this girl gonna come?? Rebecca asked Mrs.Katherine.

"Take it easy Rebecca, I'm sure she will be here soon enough," Mrs.Katherine said to Rebecca.

"I know, but the last time she was this late for a shoot, it didn't end well," Rebecca said to Mrs.Katherine worriedly.

"I know you are just worried, but trust me, she's gonna be here soon, I'm sure of it, so just relax," Mrs.Katherine said to Rebecca.

On the other hand, Director Larry was giving orders to the crew, he wanted to make sure everything to be used for the video shoot was in order.

A few minutes later, the cameras, video cameras, drones, tripods, video lighting kits, interchangeable lenses, music player, microphones, speakers, external camera monitor, digital audio recorder, video editing software, extra batteries, and memory cards were placed in order ready for action, upon the orders of Director Larry.

They were now patiently and enthusiastically waiting for Kara to arrive at the shooting location, so they could start shooting.

Fans of Kara were seen outside the shooting venue, looking intently at every passing limousine entering the venue, hoping to get a glimpse of their pop idol princess, their hopes were once again, shattered the previous day because of Kara's bodyguards, but they were still lurking around the shooting location, desperately waiting for Kara to arrive, so they could have another chance of getting to her, asking for selfies and autographs.

After about fifteen minutes, Kara's limousine finally arrived at the shooting venue, making fans frantically screaming her name with so much excitement, clicking their phone cameras in the process.

As soon as Kara stepped out of the limousine, Joshua and twenty other bodyguards immediately formed a protective wall around her, shielding her from the multitude of frenzied fans while ushering her into the building of the shooting location, shattering the dreams of many frenzied fans in the process for the umpteenth time.

"Ah, Kara you are here, at last, I was wondering when you were going to show up," Rebecca said to Kara.

"Hi Becca, I'm sorry I came late," Kara said to Rebecca apologetically.

"Ah-Ah, You are late again Miss Kara, What kept you this time?? Director Larry said to Kara as soon as he got to where Kara was standing.

"I have no excuse for my lateness, I'm so sorry," Kara said to Director Larry apologetically, bowing her head in the process.

"No need to apologize, Miss Stewart, it's your music video we are shooting here, you didn't come late, we just came early that's all," Director Larry said to Kara while trying to cheer her up.

"But still, I'm not supposed to make you guys wait for me all the time, and for that I'm sorry! Kara said to Director Larry apologetically.

"It's okay Miss Stewart, are you ready for today's shoot?" Director Larry asked Kara.

"Yeah, I'm ready," Kara said to Director Larry with a smile.

Kara was already putting on the outfit needed to shoot the music video, so there was no need for her, changing into another outfit.

"Good! we will start shooting the "Who Am I?? music video, now alright?" Director Larry asked again.

"Yeah," Kara replied firmly to Director Larry.

"Okay! "Roll Cameras, We are ready to take this shot in 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, and ACTION! Director Larry yelled, his voice echoing all over the garden.

The background of the first scene of the music video titled "Who Am I?," is set in a garden filled with so many flowers including Sunflower and Lillies.

Kara is seen walking slowly in the garden, feeling the flowers with her hand, a light wind was blowing her blonde hair softly, making her look more stunning.

"Cut! That's a wrap, perfect shot Miss Kara, you did great, now let's head out to the beach for the next shot," Director Larry said to Kara and the crew members.

"Okay, Sir," Kara and the crew members replied to Director Larry chorously.

"Pack up! Pack up! Pack up, people! let's move out," Director Larry yelled at the crew and extras while clapping his hands in the process.

In no time Kara, her mom, Rebecca, and Director Larry, alongside the crew and extras dispersed the garden and headed towards the beach.

An hour later, Kara, her mom, Rebecca, and Director Larry alongside the crew and extras arrived at the venue of the final scene, where she would be shooting her final scene of the music video titled "Who Am I?." The famous Santa Monica beach and Pier.

The famous beach had an impressive 3.5 miles of sand, stunning sunsets, and mountain views.

The 1,600-foot Santa Monica Pier is an icon on its own, the beach had an impressive 19.6 million people visiting the beach every year, making it one of the most popular and most visited beaches in America.

But upon hearing that the Pop Princess Kara Stewart, was visiting there for her video shoot, about 76 million people flooded the beach, hoping to get a glimpse of the Pop Princess Kara.

As soon as Kara stepped out of her limousine, the 76 million fans rushed towards her direction frantically screaming her name, while clicking their phone cameras nonstop.

Joshua and twenty other bodyguards of Kara immediately formed a protective wall around her, shielding her from the multitude of frenzied fans but their efforts weren't enough, the bodyguards of Kara were having a hard time controlling the frenzied fans.

Kara had no choice but to perform two of her songs for them, signed an umpteenth number of autographs, took an umpteenth number of selfies with her fans before the fans were able to let her continue with her video shoot.

Without further delay, the cameras, video cameras, drones, tripods, video lighting kits, interchangeable lenses, music player, microphones, speakers, external camera monitor, digital audio recorder, video editing software, extra batteries, and memory cards were placed in order ready for action, upon the orders of Director Larry.

"Alright listen up people, Y'all are gonna be acting as the affluent, and well-renowned men and women, seen having a good time on this beach, you gotta make it real and surreal, on the other hand, you will be far from Kara but in a close-range where she can easily see you, Do you all understand?? Director Larry asked the extras while looking at them inquisitively.

"Yes, Sir," The extras replied chorously.

"Good! we are going to start shooting the final scene of the "Who Am I?? music video," Director Larry said to Kara and the extras.

"Yeah," Kara and the extras replied firmly to Director Larry.

"Okay! Roll Cameras, We are ready to take this shot in 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, and ACTION! Director Larry yelled, his voice echoing all over the beach.

(The background of the final scene of the music video titled "Who Am I?? is set on a beach filled with lots of wealthy and affluent men and women who were having a good time at the beach.

Kara is seen standing far from them, staring at them with a somber look.)

Kara: How I wish I could be like them, momma said that I'm not meant to be like them," Kara said to herself.

Kara: If I'm not meant to be like them, then who am I meant to be like?? (Sighs) Kara said to herself while sighing deeply.

Kara: Can someone tell me, where am I??

Can someone tell me, where I stand??

Have I chosen the correct path??

Should I embark on this journey?? Kara asked sadly to herself and with that, the instrumental started playing from the music player, upon the signal of Director Larry.

"Cut! Alright, that's a wrap people, we've got a perfect shot, great job guys! now let's pack up! pack up! pack up, people! let's move out," Director Larry yelled at the crew and extras while clapping his hands in the process.

"Wow! Miss Kara that was awesome," Director Larry said to Kara warmly while smiling brightly.

"Thanks, Director Larry, I appreciate," Kara said to Director Larry while smiling gratefully.

"Whoo-hoo!! Ain't you the most inspirational singer on the planet?? Rebecca said to Kara while giggling softly.

"Honestly, Becca, I like it when you keep flattering me like this," Kara said to Becca with a bright smile while walking towards her limousine.

"Hey! I'm not flattering you, I'm just being realistic here," Rebecca said to Kara with a convincing tone.

"Whatever! I'm just glad that the music video shoots are finally over, I can rest a bit before getting myself ready for Lin Xialou's commercials, and Oh! Not to forget, I have a concert coming up in two months at Chadcia," Kara said to Rebecca while entering her limousine alongside Rebecca.

"Well, who said celebrity life is all fairytale-like, this is how it is and not everybody can bear the burden and pressure that comes with it, that's to tell you how strong you are! Rebecca said to Kara while ordering Joshua to drive them home.

In no time, Joshua turned on the ignition of Kara's limousine and zoomed off heading to the Stewart Mansion, alongside the other four limousines containing the other bodyguards, accompanying Kara's limousine as convoys.
