"Flo!" I screamed and rushed towards her, wrapping my arms around her head.

"Flo, i missed you!" Flo neighed. She was overjoyed.

"I love you dear." I snuggled in her lovely pink fur. Just then, i looked behind me to see the Prince smiling. The sun was rising. I blinked a few times and walked up to him.

"What is my horse doing here?" I looked straight up at the Prince.

"Your horse?"

"Yeah, Flo. She's even happy to see me."

"Oh oh oh! I found her racing in the forest and hopped on her when we needed an extra horse. And she's really good in war. But why do you own a horse?'

"Well, its a long story." I walked ahead of him and into the palace. It was all gold, just like my lovely Palace in May. Soon, i heard footsteps running down the stairs.

His parents were home!

What if they kick me out or something....

I looked scared as the Prince came up beside me. And there was.....Sapphire! WHAT?

She looked so gorgeous in a long blue sapphire ball gown. Her hair was tied in a bun and she had a sapphire necklace, sapphire crown and some sapphire leg chains. Her glass slippers were decorated with sapphires. She also had a blue little snowflake tattoo on her neck.

"Sapphire!" I yelled as the maids threw a weird glare at me. The Prince looked surprised.

"You're such a good guesser! But that's not her name" He still looked puzzled.

"I have met her...she's the milkmaid!" I looked scared as i pointed.

"Oh hi there. I have heard so much about you." She came downstairs and she walked towards me. Her gorgeous smile nearly killed me.

"Why...why are you acting like you don't know me?'

"Am sorry. It wasn't me. It must have been Sapphire. Hi. My name is Sapphira. Am Sapphire's twin." She waved.

"What the heck? But why is your twin a milkmaid and you, some luxury girl?" I asked.

"Well..i do send some money to her, but she has refused to come live in the palace." Sapphira smiled, and now i got it.

"Who are you to the Prince?" I asked.

"And who are you to try to interfere in private matters? Vivian!" The Prince yelled as a short maid, (as short as me) came towards us.

"Take her to the bedroom." Vivian grabbed my hand and we walked on the stairs. She held a really straight face, and i almost thought she didn't know where she was taking me. The room was dusty, ugly and filled with cobwebs, i started coughing but she let out nothing. After dusting the sheets, and cleaning the room up, she pointed to the bed.

"Well I'm Rose." I introduced myself.

"I know." she replied.

"How?"

"You're the Princess of May, right?" She asked me, and right there, i knew we could be best friends.

"Rose, if i may ask, why are you dressed like this?" She sat on the bed.

"Well.....Five years ago, i was a Princess. Living with Queen Jennie and King Damien was like eating a piece of cake. My life was the best. I wore expensive dresses and shoes, wore necklaces of the best quality, but then, another kingdom attacked ours. They had so many conditions and King Damien had to give out almost the royal treasures, and we were left with nothing. They needed 200 more gold coins, but my dad couldn't provide. They imprisoned my mom Jennie, and my dad Damien. That Korean Family." I couldn't control my tears.

"Am sorry Rose. You had a sister. Where is she?"

"In May. She's one of Ah Yeon's assistants." I cried.

"This is so heartbreaking.Wait.....Ah Yeon....Where have i heard that name...." Vivian went to the shelf and scattered the books.

"Ah yeon, ah yeon, ah yeon...." she thought as she opened each of the books. I stared at her confused.

"Ah Yeon! Right! Queen Ahyeon, and her daughter....Mina, right?'

"Yes. How did you know? Wait...why does this palace have most of my things? The red rose in front of my throne, even the garden i was coming from.."

"Roses are nothing. Most of the palaces around here has a rose garden." Vivian said.

"But how do you know about Ah Yeon?"

"Queen Ahyeon is our third empress. She's the sister of Queen Leah, the twelfth queen of this kingdom."

"Who's Queen Leah? and how...."

"Queen Leah was just a baby when Queen Ahyeon ruled."

"Wow! Who's Queen Leah's mom? Queen Ahyeon? At what age?"

"Nope. Queen Ahyeon was just 8 when she became queen in waiting. Queen Kyung was Queen Ahyeon and Queen Eun 's mother, the first empress, who's emperor was King Pierre, that birth Queen Leah, our current empress." Vivian explained.

"But...how did you know all this?" I asked her.

"Its in the books."

"It means...The Prince is Queen Ahyeon's.....nephew?" I guessed.

"Yes."

"WHAT?" My heart broke into a million pieces.

Sometimes, good things do fall apart, but in three words, i can sum up everything i know about life. It goes on.

I was under the verge of tears. Just when i thought i found my Prince Charming, he was Queen Ahyeon's nephew??

"I was a Princess, yes. But i kinda feel there are people much more beautiful than me. Look at Sapphira now. She is the most beautiful girl i have ever seen. I can imagine her in a skimpy dress. She'd look so smoking hot." I winked.

"Well, i feel that too..."

"YOU DO?" I yelled.

"I do. Whenever i read this book." She gave me another book and i was shocked to see that QUEEN JENNIE WAS ON THE COVER! She wore a pink ball gown, and her pink long hair and her lovely crown. The tears rolled down my eyes.

"Mother..."

"Did she ever tell you she was once nominated for Most Beautiful Queen?"

"No....did she win?'

"She was third. Read the book to find out more. Goodnight."

Awwww, Vivian was such a good friend. As i stared at the empire book, i burst into laughter.

Queen Ahyeon, you're going to burst out crying in 24 hours, count my lips.

Your Mina will be gone.

You only imprisoned and tortured my parents.

But i will make sure to imprison, torture, and kill Mina.
