Condensing the First Cosmic Star

"Rio! Get ready to fight!" Shadow shouted as both he and Alice went on full alert, and stood with their backs facing each other. With weapons in hand, they were ready to attack at any moment.

Rio didn't hesitate. After putting his wife and son between the three of them, he used his steel body skill, and held an iron rod in his hands. Only then he asked, "What's happening?"

"We are surrounded." Shadow answered, his voice low and grim. Rio's expression also became grim.

Lisa, Rio's wife, hugged her son tightly, shivering in fear.

As the rustling of dry leaves, and branches became louder, their breathing got heavier and the mood became gloomy.

Just then, five brown furred hyenas jumped at them from the woods. Shadow, Alice and Rio immediately reacted.
