Sexual Predator

The next day when Robert returned and they had escorted then secured Heflin to the table in the questioning room Heflin angrily demanded, "If you want to remain my lawyer then I DEMAND that you bail me out RIGHT AWAY!!"

"You're gonna be S.O.L. then!" Robert informed him testily in response then explained, "because the judge is REFUSING to set ANY bail! So you will be stuck representing yourself if you want to keep THAT attitude!"

"Grrr!!!" Heflin responded by expressing his anger with a growl before he calmed slightly and asked, "they at LEAST say WHY I'm being denied bail?!"

"From what Judge Robinson told me when I repetitively asked with bigger and bigger amounts," Robert informed him, "you are being considered to be a sexual predator. That classification, at least in the view of the courts, is akin to the classification of being a domestic terrorist. So you're not gonna have even a CHANCE at making bail -even if you offer to pay a trillion dollar bail!"
