Xirong Ziye was very silent, so much so that it made the people around him uncomfortable.
His silence was unusual too. He seemed to be lacking some presence, as though he did not care about anything at all.
Even after he was discharged from the hospital, he spent most of his time alone in the White House. It was as if that place was where he had left his feelings behind.
However, he did not live in decadence either. He continued with his work as usual and took heed of all the things that the doctor had told him. He also handled the affairs of the country well.
His life was business as usual and very normal. However, the abnormalities were obvious in many aspects of his life.
Xirong Ziye's attitude towards everyone seemed dull, and he was neither warm nor repulsive with the people around him. Of course, the Xiamu family was the exception.
