The Time After

Sarah rose to her feet the demon inside her now settled down. "Where is everyone that was here?" Sarah asked as if someone was there to respond. She exited the building trying to find someone but no one was around. She struggled to walk home. For some reason Sarah had a limp. Everyone was gone except for dogs and other pets. "Why is everything so empty?" She asked herself as she opened a portal to her room and stepped through.

"Sarah what happened?" She was asked as Claira wrapped her arms around her beloved Sarah. "I don't remember anything past asking you out." Sarah said with fully honest eyes. Sarah gave her girlfriend a kiss before laying in her bed leaving room for Claira. Claira climbed into bed and cuddled up to Sarah as they both drifted off to sleep letting their stress melt away.

Sarah woke up in a dark burnt room. The edges of her vision hazy from smoke that hung in the air. She inspected the room and found a burnt corpse laying against the door. She inspected the body and found a high school ID in its pocket. "No! It can't be!" Sarah exclaimed falling back to the floor. She now saw the fire came from where she had laid on the bed. "I couldn't have killed her. I love her." She repeated to herself before the ground started to shake. From the window she could see her demon form riding on the back of a giant three headed hound as the streets fractured underfoot. Legions of demons spilled forth as screams came from the fractured ground.

Sarah rose from her bed covered in sweat screaming as Claira tried to calm her. "Honey it is okay breath please breathe." Claira spoke in a calm soothing tone. Sarah let out a small giggle after she forgot Claira was still beside her. Claira stroked Sarah hair hoping it would calm her from the nightmares she was having. Claira didn't like the fact of seeing Sarah upset like this. The world outside still stood silent with no sign of life except for pets crying for their owners. She didn't know why but the world felt so empty now. Claira climbed over top of Sarah and started kissing her neck. Sarah moved some and let out a small gasp. "Claira I love you but what are you doing." Sarah said grasping Claira's belt loops. "Don't worry about it baby." Claira said as she disappeared under the covers. Soon Sarah felt her sleeping shorts ease off and the best feeling began to run up and down her spine. Sarah slid her hand under the covers and pulled on a hand full of Claira's hair. Sarah tried to talk but all that came out was a moan in place of each word.

She had the best night of her life last night. As she came out of her room her mom stopped her in the hall. "I heard what you did last night. Why didn't you tell me she was your girlfriend?" Her mom spoke in a hushed serious tone. "Mom do you not like her?" Sarah sounded worried. Her mom wrapped her in a hug "No honey I love her!" Her mom accidentally yelled. Sarah hushed her mom with the towel she was carrying as she let out a giggle. "I am happy you love her mom." Sarah said with a big smile on her face. As Sarah began to shower she heard the door open and Claira slipped in behind her. "Hey baby I hope you don't mind." Claira spoke as she picked up a sponge and started washing Sarah. "Do you think I am a freak Claira?" Sarah asked with a staggering voice. "No baby I think that you are beautiful and unique like that fire that burns within you." Claira spoke with a smile Sarah could feel in her soul. Sarah smiled at the statement and turned around and kissed her.

With Sarah learning her new powers and adopting her new identity she had been worried. What Sarah didn't know was Claira was unshakable after last night. They both exited the shower before Sarah lifted Claira onto the counter and did to her what she had done to Sarah last night. Claira's moans echoed through the halls as pleasure ran up and down her spine. "Oh yes my queen!" Claira scream as she climaxed. They both got dressed and exited the bathroom blushing with big smiles.
