While Bai Xiang was desperately trying to understand his new cultivation technique there was a beautiful woman in a high-level world approaching a large chamber.

Her name was Xia Huiling and had the characteristics of a rarely seen beauty, she had knee-length long white hair and sapphire blue eyes, currently, she was dressed in the black and blue uniform, that everyone in her clan wore. It consisted of slim black slacks and a black blazer with ocean blue trim and a tie of the same color. To finish out the outfit a black and blue hat, black gloves, and black leather shoes all worked to contrast with her pale skin to an extravagant degree. Some might think it a crime to dress such beauty in such clothes but in the Bai family, this was normal.

Upon arriving at the door an attendant opened the almost 8-meter-tall door slowly, letting Xia Huiling enter.

When she entered the grand hall and walked towards the elevated throne in the center of the large black stone room the pale blue light coming from a magic crystal chandelier cast ominous shadows across a litany of white marble statues that lined a central blue carpet.

Once she reached the foot of the small staircase Xia Huiling kneeled down respectfully and waited, this was the standard procedure when the clan leader called someone to the chamber.

After waiting for over 20 minutes a low and powerful voice made its way to her ears.

"Xia Huiling you have performed very well in all fields of study, you may be the greatest genius our clan has seen in the past ten thousand years. With that in mind, it is time for you to learn something about the situation outside of the clan. You should know that although our clan is one of the strongest in the large medium world category we are ants compared to many clans in the higher-level worlds, and that is ignoring the three heavenly worlds and one divine world. Soon you will have to travel outside where you may come across such existences. Since you have the talent to migrate to a higher world soon you must know how to act humble. With that, in mind, I am sending you to travel the small worlds under our jurisdiction."

Xia Huiling continued kneeling down respectfully but was inwardly annoyed.

'This old geezer thinks I don't know how to act humble and will get myself into trouble? This is such a waste of time, all my time in lower-level worlds my cultivation speed will slow if not stagnate, is he trying to curb my growth?'

Despite thinking some rather rude thoughts Xia Huiling was able to keep a calm face and respond coolly.

"I understand clan leader, I will leave as soon as I am ready."

As she was about to stand up the voice spoke once more.

"One of the small medium worlds we oversee recently almost completely devolved into a barbarian planet that is in complete chaos. Before you vacation in the small worlds go and kill all of the barbarians and choose a new ruling family for the world. Knowing you it should not take too long."

Xia Huiling did not flinch at the prospect of killing millions of people, over the years it had become a semi-regular activity.

"Which world do you wish for me to cleanse?"

Despite his saying to kill the barbarians that overtook the world it was essentially the green light to kill anyone and everyone as long as the population could grow back in a few thousand years. In fact, he was essentially giving her a free ticket to plunder the entire world and take anything she wanted from them, she and he both knew it was essentially an appeasement gift to keep her happy even though she would be in a bunch of small worlds for a while. A small medium world while nowhere near as strong as a large medium world still had some useful resources, if she could pool all of the most valuable resources in that world it could significantly help her.

"The world is called Vortox, it is a slightly strange world since there is almost no ocean in the entire world. Good luck with your subjugation."

Xia Huiling was about to stand up and leave but suddenly thought of something.

"Will none of those organizations from the higher worlds care if I kill so many people?"

It was not the first time she had been sent on a mission to wipe out large groups of people that disturbed the worlds under the Bai clan, this time seemed to have a significantly higher headcount though.

In response to her question, the voice responded with a light chuckle.

"Those crazy barbarians actually attacked the Church of the Holy Mother headquarters in the world and after sufficient retribution, they left since the local population is hostile towards them. As for the Alchemy God's Aquae Vitae, those elves should have made it clear enough that they will not open their doors in lands with no stable rulers. They will sell pills to anyone who can afford them before and during a war but as soon as a world devolves into a long period of chaos or the winner of the war goes beyond their bottom line they will be gone by the next day. Don't worry about them but if you do see someone from a higher do not seek conflict immediately and if they are strong then you run back here, do not risk your life just to complete this mission."

With that Xia Huiling stood up and left the chamber and returned to her room, upon her return she took off her blazer and shoes to reveal a white long sleeve button shirt and black socks. After jumping on her bed she groaned into her pillow.

'That old man wants to teach me how poor and weak people live in small worlds? I lived on earth for 2 decades as a generational genius and had to act more humbly than 95% of cultivators! How much time will I waste in the lower worlds for this unnecessary lesson? Even if I steal every item from Vortox it will still be a waste of time If I of gone for more than a few years.'

Yes, like Bai Xiang, Xia Huiling came from Earth, unlike him however she reincarnated as a baby and did not have a system, even so, she was an extremely rare genius, just like she had been on Earth.

At first, when she reincarnated in the Bai clan she thought it would follow the usual scenario where she would be engaged to some dirtbag and would have to work hard to get out of it, but nope. It turns out that in the Bai clan woman do not get married or have children, propagating the bloodline is solely reserved for the men of the clan.

Although this is a very oppressive and biased rule that many people would oppose Xia Huiling was fine, it made stuff easier and less troublesome. People often say god does not give with two hands but in both of her lives, Xia Huiling had been blessed with looks, health, and intelligence, in this world that even amounted to immense cultivation talent and compatibility with a unique technique that nobody else in her clan could use.

At first, the amount of death and killing in this new world disturbed her to a large degree but soon after she became accustomed to it. Was immortality and intangible power worth discarding Earthly morals? This answer to that question was a resounding yes.

The sad truth is that almost any action she takes in the name of stability in the clan-run world would be viewed as a merit by all no matter how many people she brutally murdered, especially with her status as an up in coming star in the clan.

This was the way of the strong, the weak can only receive what the strong give.
