"No offense Scarlet but we're far older than you. Allowing you into this contest wouldn't be fair for you." Diogre said.
"Well if I'm too young to make any difference what's the harm in letting me compete?"
Scarlet made her argument, it was sound and valid and they couldn't really argue against it. They absolutely had nothing to lose letting her compete too.
Diogre wasn't much taller but he puffed his chest, "well then little kids, let's do this." He proudly took the lead, entering the thick forest that surround their kingdom.
The danger ahead could be felt in the atmosphere but instead of being scared, all three of them had grins on their faces, excited to try out their new strengths. All except one, Simon wouldn't have minded if they camped right at the clearing and stayed there forever.
