"Shhh....don't be so loud. Last week he had a falling out with the Prime Minister, and told him 'I hope you get home safely' our prime minister died the moment he stepped foot into his home." the lady was obviously sacred as she spoke and stares at the handsome man walking down the hall. "Isn't he the dummy of the Duurm family?" The lady released a sad sigh. "He used to be. But now, he is not just his family's terror but our terror. The whole country's nightmare."

Isn't this a bad Omen?

The energy evenly spread across his body making him feel like a Supreme mage. He felt more energised than he did when he absorbed energy from the cave of 1000 vultures. He rises to his feet and adjusts his clothes.

"Young master, how do you feel?"

"I feel better than ever. I have never felt this energised." He tells his AI with a bright smile plastered across his face. "One of this can grant me this much energy? Wow."

His AI had a confused look on her face. One of this plant shouldnt give him energy worth 200 and the plant was already fading due to not being watered and so, it was starting to lose its power. In this state, it shouldn't be able to give him so much, but just give him little energy.

"Something isnt right." She tells him. Before she could explain further, the door is thrown open by two young women.

"Owen!" Joy cries noticing him standing by the window sill. She rushes to him and glanced at him from head to toe. She then looks behind at a panicked Ophelia. "What is this? You said he is on the brink of death. He looks absolutely fine. Did something happen to you?"

Owen smiles at her and walks back to his seat. "I am more than good. I just had a slight headache." He lies picking the picture of the taxi mans wife.

"Oh.. Ophelia you tend to exaggerate things. Come on." She says preparing to leave the room before she notices the plant by the window sill. She rises to it and touched the now black plant, it disintegrated in her hands like ashes. "Boss this plant is supposed to bring wealth. When did it become like this?"

Owen raises his head as he drops the picture and opens a document on the laptop. "Probably because you didnt water it."

Joy shakes her head. "I still watered it even yesterday and this morning. There is not a day I come into the office and wont water this particular plant. Unique lady definitely told me to always water it." She informs picking the pot of plant and carrying it to her chest. "Isnt this a bad omen? Should we ask her to get us another?"

Owen would have disagreed with her, but knowing how useful the plant is, he couldn't dare to. "Sure."

His AI stares at Joy as she leaves with the plant. If she claims to have always watered it, why then is the pink fading? It can only be two things. Either Joy is lying or the plant has repelled black energy that has now stored within it.

Ophelia gives him an mysterious glance and Owen returns it with a tight smile. She turns around to leave, but glances back at him with a confused expression. She then stares at the window sill as well. How could someone look like he was on the brink of death and in the next look completely fine.

Before she left the room, Owen asks. "What were you going to say when you came in the second time?"

Opehlia wa quick to turn around. She opens her mouth to speak, but closes it again. It was on the tip of her tongue to ask but she didn't want to. She musters some courage and looks into his eyes for some seconds before tearing her gaze away from him. "I..was going to ask if it is okay to sign up for modelling competitions."

Owen seems to think about it for a while before responding. He wasnt really good at things like this since the only thing he knows is software programming and coding languages. "Do you have a specific one in mind?"

She gives him a negative response. she hadnt really thought much of it when the idea first came to her mind, so she felt to discuss it with him and hear his opinion before proceeding with anything.

"You can look through some and see how goes. Familiarize yourself with the concepts. I will look through it and pick a suitable one for you."

Ophelia slowly nods her head as she turns around and walks out of the room.

Owen immediately turns to his AI. "This system is so cool. How can it just repel poison and turn it into energy like that? So cool!" He praises with huge bulging eyes.

His AI gives him a small side smile as she glances at the place the plant was.

"Now that I feel so energised, I dont know what to do."

"Shouldnt you be working?" His AI asks walking to sit on the couch as she continued to mull over the strange incident. How is a plant that is supposed to give a particular energy give off more?

It just isnt making sense. And Owen looks too excited to even be able to reason with her.

Owen starts to browse through all the modelling competitions. Doing research on each to find out which is best. He made sure to look through every winner and every loser including the judges. He made a presentation on each of the five competitions he found and could only settle for two. The other three looks too shady and had articles that somehow accused them of cheating and judging based on favoritism and bribery.

Out of the two he had picked, only one was open at the moment. The other usually starts after the first one closes and announces it winner. He does more intensive research on the competition noting the gudelines and restrictions and panel of judges.

He was so engrossed in work, he didn't even know it was past lunch until Joy came in with a packed meal.

"Boss, your mother sent this over with a message." She rips the sticky note off and reads out loud placing the lunch box on his table. "Son, do not forget to come visit." She gives him an accusing look. "You haven't gone to see your mom? She was the most worried about you."

"I did see her last night when the family came over but I caused trouble and told her to leave first." He pushes the documents and papers on his table aside and pulls the lunch box closer. The aroma drifting from it was already making his mouth to water.

"Trouble?" She helped him with separating the lunchbox. "What sort of trouble could you have caused after coming from the dead?" Owen recounts how he had woken up annoyed and mistakenly hurt one of his uncles to her. Joy was surprised and asks him." Did that really happen? Or is it just something you were thinking to do in your mind?"
