Chapter 43: The launch

You'll think, why the hell do I name the volume THE GAME? as it has only been mentioned, not yet being implemented.

Don't worry guys! This is the chapter that you're all waiting for…

I hope at least one waits for this development.

Yeah! This is the chapter on when the system will come into effect.

I don't know if it will be a small one or a normal 900+ words one as I haven't started writing it. So, plz forgive me if it is short.

In the Ancient realm - The realm of Ancients...

(AN: Wait! Didn't I just repeat the same thing in different ways?

Like:

I killed you

You were killed by me.

Hmmm…..)

One being was waiting anxiously for something to happen.

It was an old man in his actual age but, he looked as if he was in his mid-40s.

As for his age… It was Billions!

There was worry seen in the face of this person. It was as if worrying about something that should have happened now but, it got delayed. Feeling hopeless and angry due to being rejected by his request.

Suddenly, a large hole formed in front of him. It was like a black hole albeit smaller. Its color was fascinating to see. It was as if the rainbow was swirling!

Seeing this portal, the worried face of the being was erased. Instead, there was a happy face. He then entered the portal as if he knew what it was and where it went.

On the other side of the portal….

The same man came out of it and looked around. Even though he has seen this place numerous times, he still couldn't help but marvel at the beauty of this place.

He then turned his eyes to the gorgeous lady sitting beside him. It was none other than GC, Saya.

(AN: GC-GALAXY CONSCIOUSNESS)

He then said to GC.

"Have you decided when to launch our plan?"

"Yep. All the preparations have been completed. We can launch the plan now if you think it's the time." Saya replied in a cold voice.

The Ancient pondered for a while and said.

"Very well. We can launch the plan now. It's time for the whole universe to become our, the Ancient's pawn!!! Hahahahah (Maniac laugh.)

Saya didn't reply and just looked at his laughing face for some time seemingly in deep thought. She then stood up and went to a place where there was a large black ball. There was nothing to see in it as it was void. But, there was a dangerous vibe coming out of that!

This was the orb from which Saya could make changes in the whole universe!

(AN: Ah! Now I remember to tell you something that might have caused you confusion! The GC and the ruling of the Universe link.

It's a GC, so how can it control the universe?

Is this the question that arises in your mind?

You see, even though I called her GC, she has more power than that!

She is the Consciousness of the most powerful Galaxy and the one who the universal laws chose!

So, she can control the whole universe!

As for universal laws? That is a story for another day…)

She placed her hand on the orb and a large amount of energy was released. It wasn't mana or any other form of energy someone uses. This was the energy unique to GCs. More powerful than Mana or God's energy!

After five minutes she removed her hand and told in a cold tone the Ancient behind her.

"I have done what you said. Now, I want to rest so don't be angry and get out."

The Ancient just looked at Saya and then went away.

When she was sure that, she was alone, she mumbled.

"I hope you gain your powers and memories, my dearie ♡…

Due to the game's integration into the whole universe, there was an uproar!

A thing like a sunglass was falling from the sky and landing correctly on the hand of the person.

Eren was also surprised to see such a thing.

He was sure that no Gods could do such a thing. He then looked at his friends who were just as clueless as him and then turned his attention to the sunglass-like thing in his hand. He was observing it.

Then, a cold voice rang in the whole universe…

"The thing in your hands I called VR glasses. It will transport you to a game world where you can grow stronger and it's different from your current world. All must put the VR in their eyes and log in now. Or else, I would have to force login you!"

Eren listened to this voice carefully as he thought he had heard this voice before. He racked his brain but he couldn't remember a thing.

He then turned his attention to his friends and told them to wear the glasses who did as he said.

In the meeting place of Gods…..

There was Nyx, Gaia, Poseidon, Athena, and others sitting.

"So, it has started. Our duties have further increased. Time to go to the so-called game world!" Nyx said with a sigh and then disappeared.

All the others also disappeared within a fraction of a second.
