Chapter XIV: Return

Night had come and everyone was on their way to have dinner but John decided to have a romantic dinner at home with his girlfriend and he had prepared everything, he just needed to find her and bring her

Leaving home John went to look for Astrid and walking down the road he saw Hiccup so he went over to talk to him.

Hiccup: "John, are you going to get some dinner?"

John: "No, I plan to have dinner with Astrid at the house I cooked today and I want time alone with her. And do you know where she is?

Hiccup: "I think she's with her sister in the."

John: "Okay"

John and Hiccup were walking towards The Great Hall and when they arrived Hiccup went to sit at a table by himself and John went to look for Astrid

John was looking for Astrid and found her near the kitchen and took her home for dinner.

Hiccup walked to the table and he grabbed a plate of food and went to sit at a nearby table when everyone saw Hiccup sit down they all came to talk to him

Ashild sees this and gets angry because Hiccup is taking all the attention she had trained since she was little, training with John who was a good fighter and now losing against Hiccup who never wanted to train with John, with her and her sister

Two days had passed and now John was flying with his fury across the sea and in that he saw a ship John look closer and see that it was a Berk ship

John: "Slayer, it will be better to go back. I know that ship and I have to be in the village preparing for their arrival and looking at the state of the ship. They weren't even close to the island."

Slayer: "Grrr"

John and Slayer flew fast back to the island.

John was standing in the dock with Gobber and some people who were waiting for the ship to come closer, more people were coming because they heard from a sentinel that they had seen ships from Berk coming this way, and the only person that took some ships was Stoick who went in search of the dragon's home.

The ship stopped at the dock and people started to climb out, some others helped. Stoick with the help of a Viking climbs out of the ship and starts walking to Gobber and John that was watching everything from afar.

John:" Bad day?"

Gobber:" Well, I trust you found the nest at least?"

Stoick:" Not even close."

John:" Yeah bad day."

Gobber:" Ah. Excellent."

John, Gobber, and Stoick keep walking

Stoick:" I hope you guys had a little more success than me."

Gobber:" Well, if by success, you mean that your parenting troubles are over with, then... yes."

While talking some Vikings come by and start to talk to Stoick while they leave immediately to help the other

Viking Women:" Congratulations, Stoick! Everyone is so relieved."

Viking:" Out with the old and in with the new, right?!"

Viking 2:" No one will miss that old nuisance!"

Viking 3:" The village is throwing a party to celebrate!"

Stoick:" He's gone?"

John:" Not in a bad way."

Gobber:" Most afternoons. But who can blame him? I mean the life of a celebrity is very rough. He can barely walk through the village without being swarmed by his new fans."

Stoick:" Hiccup?"

Gobber:" Who would've thought, eh? He has this way with the beasts."

John:" Even I don't know how he didn't. I have been training since little."

Stoick:" But that's impossible."

John:" No Stoick it's true I have been looking, You will see him at the next training."

Stoick:" John go look for him."

John:" It will take some time."

John left for the forest

Two figures were talking about something important

1?: " You know this was not approved by Father."

2 ?: " Yes, yes, I know but he won't say anything."

1?:" THIS IS CHEATING."

2?: "Look if you don't say anything I'll give you a copy of ****, just don't say anything. And it's not cheating, it's just preparing ahead of time."

1?: " IT'S THE SAME."

2?: " If you don't say anything and I don't either, no one will know."

3?: " That no one will know what?"

1? & 2?: " Ahhhhh."

2?:" You scare us Igris."

Igris:" Shhhh. So what's the secret?"

1? & 2?:" Nothing."

Igris:" Anyway Father is calling, let's go."

John was walking back to his Night Fury called now Night Death and putting on his armor, he got on top of Slayer and flew away

(10 minutes later)

John was still flying and he saw Hiccup flying in his Dragon

John:" What do you say, Slayer Let's have some fun."

Slayer:" Grrr."

John:" Jajajjaja."
