The door of the house suddenly open and Two beautiful womans come in.

They look around the living room, upon seeing that here is no one. They spoke "look likes everyone in their rooms, you check the backyard and I will check the rooms"

"Ok then meet me in my room after check upon them, we have to make decision from our earlier talk"

Yeah you guess right, they are Rena Nakano and Leonora Nakiri. They Just come home from hospital.

Leonora come to her bedroom, quitely open the door and sees the usual scene beween Ichika and her friend kazuki, currently discussing their play and Miku is listening the music, then she left from there and go to check others.

When she come to drawing room, she sees Itsuki studying, and Miwa and Nino currently arguing.

When Nino suddenly see Leonora come in, she quickly came to her and says " Aunt Nora when did you come in I don't notice you"

Miwa also notice Leonora and greeted her" Hello Aunt Nora good day to you"

Leonora smile and says "when you arguing with Miwa and good day to you too Miwa" Nino blush hearing this and look at Miwa side while gritting her teeth.

"ohh Aunt Nora what happened to Mom check up today" suddenly Nino remember about her mother and ask Leonora.

Today's is the momthly day when Rena has to go hospital to continue her treatment.

" You don't have to worry, your mother condition is normal and has no issue for the time being " Leonora says while patting her hed.

"Oh that's good" Nino says while enjoying the head pat from Leonora. Among the quintuplets Nino has the best relationship with Leonora.

Because she teaches Nino about cooking,

"Okay go and play with them I have to work " Leonora says and left the room.

When Nino come to her sense Leonora had already left "Mommy girl" suddenly Miwa come to her side and start teasing her.

"I am not" Nino shouts while blushing and ran after Miwa. Meanwhile Itsuki is too busy in her studying that she don't see anything.

On Rena side when she come to backyard, She sees Rahil is currently sitting in his training cloth and thinking something.

One the opposite of him is Niko laying their facing the sky and Alice mischievly poke her with Wooden branch.

And yotsuba is sleeping peacefully in the bench. Seeing that no one has her notice she's say first "Rahil what you are thinking its unsual for you to absentminded"

Rahil was starteld, suddenly hear the voice and cough "Oh Aunt Rena you came back means mother also come, so what's the result of your checkup"

"fufu Rahil you don't have to embrass, yes my checkup was successful and for the time being i have no issues."

When Rahil hear that she has no problem currently, he sigh in relief, because only he and his mother know about Rena illness meanwhile Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, and Itsuki only known that Rena has to go to hospital to regular checkup.

Rena see that Rahil is worry about her which warm her heart beacuse she is rasing him as her own son. So she decide to invite him to their talk.

"Ok Rahil come with me for a moment" Rena says with serious expression.

seeing that Rena has serious look he nodded" ok wait a moment" he says and go to Niko and Alice side and told Alice"Alice please could you help Niko to enter the house"

Without waiting for her reply, he then goes to yotsuba side and lifted her in princess carry and go to her room.

When Niko sees Rahil princess carry to yotsuba, she suddenly felt a feeling that she never have and had idea what If Rahil carry her and not yotsuba.

Alice seeing that her brother left without worry about her and annoyed expression but when she look at Niko side her become cartoonic again and says" hee hee you also wanted to be in his arms"

Niko unconsciously say yes, but then she shook her head and blush hard.

Rena sees that how Rahil handle everything without even asking. this is why Rena speak to him about family matters. According to her he's quite mature for his age.

"Ok Aunt Rena Let's go" Rahil suddenly come back to broke Rena thinking and smile slightly " ok come with me" She's say and holding his hand led him to her bedroom.

When they reach Rena room, Leonora already arrived there. Rahil suprise seeing that his mother had also come and suddenly he had a bad feeling because usually only Rena talk to him about family matter's.

Leonora also surprised too see that Rahil has come with Rena and ask her" Why are you bringing Rahil here, we have a serious topic to discuss" According to her Rahil is too little to listening their talk.

"Calm down Nora, we also have other thing to discuss other than my issue, oh and Rahil also knows about your past" Rena says something that shocked both mother and son.

subconsciously Leonora look at Rahil and he also look at her and he thought 'Ahh shit i knew it. This talk is become more complicated than I thought.'
