Concussions

Arriving the villa Helena reside in, Troy rushed to open the door and supported unconscious Daniel to his bedroom on the second floor, he staggered backwards couple of time trying to get his balance to lift Daniel that flop like a boneless human. The aphrodisiac given to him was not a low grade herbs, instead whoever that has concoct the medicine had done it wrong and did not put an accurate amount making it a dangerous substance, where it aroused the user to a certain point and crashed them later, consequently the punch behind his ear was a triggered to him being unconscious, Helena had smelled the aphrodisiac making her aware of her actions.

She took the dong Quai herbs Troy get from the herbal medicinal store and prepare to make a tea for Daniel, she took out the measurement cup, and food scale to achieve the precision when mixing the herbs for the tea. Theresa stood there watching her effortlessly handling the materials as if it wasn't her first time. And also...technically they didn't buy the tea, Helena smashed the glass door and unlocked it from the inside for Troy to take the herbs and later they will compensate and strike a deal with the shop owner.

Butler Kim rushed from his room climbing the stairs panting after Theresa informed him of Daniel conditions, he opened the door frantically throwing away years of training to be the eloquent butler only to find a horrifying scene of Daniel pale face as he laid motionless on the king size luxury bed in his master bedroom, he glanced towards Troy that shake is head signaling 'not now' to Butler Kim that place his index finger on Daniel's nose to check his breathing.

Once he confirms Daniel is breathing, he quickly phone Daniel's personal doctor and rushed him to come and treated Daniel as soon as possible.

Helena came holding a cup of tea on her hand and gesture them to move aside as she sat on the edge of the bed where Daniel's head rested, she lifted his head gently like a caring wife and placed it on her lap, Butler Kim sighed in a relief seeing Helena gentle movement in treating Daniel, therefore he trusted her only to regret his thoughts in mere seconds when Helena pinched Daniel's nose waking him up gasping for air, and shove the tea down his throat making him gargling and took a deep long breathe before passed out again.

Butler Kim and Troy both render speechless and fear envelop them witnessing Helena's thuggish actions. They slowly shrunk their shoulder and retreated like a child worrying to be punished after doing a bad deeds.

"uh... where are you both going?" She stand patting her now wrinkled dress.

"Second Young mistress, we are giving you a privacy with Second Young Master" Butler Kim felt his back drenched in sweats even though the air conditioner is set to the coldest setting.

"No need, he wont wake up until tomorrow, just wait for the doctor to come and check on him, to make sure he does not die, i am not ready to be a widow yet this year" She took a long stride and leaving them scratching their head with her words of 'not wanting to be a widow this year'.

'does that mean it is okay for next year'?

Troy looked at butler Kim that volunteered to stay and keep watch on Daniel while waiting for the doctor, once he saw butler Kim has situated on his seat, he bolted as fast as he could and not looking back.

The next morning, Helena woke up at 5am to start her morning 5 miles run, she wore her shorts and a crop sports bra headed to the shoe cabinet under the staircase to take out her running shoes. Weeks of yoga and high intensity training she designed for herself has paid of, her strength slowly increasing and her stamina as well. While choosing the shoes she intended to wear for the run a footsteps was heard from the stairs, making a slow thump, she stretched her neck to see whom the footsteps belong to.

Her eyes landed on a man wearing a plaid long fleece pajamas pants with a stethoscope hanging on his neck. His hair was in a mess and an obvious eye bag is a proof of his lack of sleep the night before. He was in trance for a few seconds after locking gazed with her before snapping back to reality when he saw how revealing Helena's work out outfit.

Slightly gulping his saliva, he moved his away and continue striding down the stairs putting his hand in his pocket.

"Good morning" Helena greeted with a smile that can paralyzed the receiver. She then putting on her shoes, starting her small jog towards the living hall and slowly increasing her pace as she steps out from the villa.

"Good Morning Young Master Walter" Butler Kim carried a tray containing a freshly brewed black coffee and a sandwich for Jonathan that still had his eyes looking over the main door. He turned to Butler Kim that directed him to the dining table and pulling the chair for him.

"Who is that?" Taking his seat as he grab the hot coffee and smelling the rich aroma in this early morning.

"That is the second young mistress" Butler Kim handed Jonathan the newspaper for today before refilling his coffee again.

"Now i know why Daniel had been hiding her" amazed with the unique beauty and her cat eyed like eyes.

"Hiding who?" a voice was heard approaching them at the dining table.

"Your wife" Jonathan chuckled looking at Daniel's darken expression. He took his seat and squinted his eyes from the glaring sunrise coming from the glass door over looking the outdoor swimming pool. It precipitating his headache greatly.

Jonathan took out an ibuprofen bottles from his pocket and pushed the bottles towards Daniel to relieve his headache.

"you have light sensitivity from the concussion you sustained last night" he spread the butter on his toast lightly and continue to sprinkle sugars on top it making Daniel cringe.

He tried hard recalling the reason he managed to hit his head that hard, all he knows he was quite indecent towards Helena in the car, a sense of guilt and shame engulfing him as he recalled every single thing, now the shame has been replaced with anger towards the Lee's step daughter, he is known to be petty and holding a grudge over a slight matters, he definitely wont be letting them off the hook.
