23 REIGN OF EMILIA- "Aceyyyyyy"

OCTOBER 27 CONTINUED...

Previously...

"Excuse me sir." Ace was interrupted by one of his men. He was annoyed until he saw who it was. It was one of the trainees that he had assigned to look after his girlfriend.

"I have something to tell you, regarding miss Williams."

"What is it? Is she okay?" Ace asks, instantly in a panic.

"It's about something that happened today, sir."

"Well. Spit it out before I empty my gun in your skull."

"Um, boss, Miss Williams was approached by a group of men.."

"Sh*t what the f*ck did they do? They better not f*cking hurt her."

"Ugh, no, no. They did try to harass her-"

"They what?"

"Key word is tried, boss." The trainee says, his palm was sweating, and he was extremely nervous, but he still tries his best to look the Mafia's under boss in the eyes.

"What do you mean tried, spit it out."

"Well, boss to put it plain and simple...She ugh, she beat the crap out of them."

Ace's body stills completely. "Wait. What?"

"Boss, she beat them up. Like no shit, none of then left without bleeding or a broken bone."

"Did she now?"

The trainee clearedhis throat. "She did, boss."

"Good. Then what's the problem?"

"The problem is, the men that tried to harass her, from a gang called The Blood Serpents, and surely they are not just going to let it slide. So that may stir up some little issues." The trainee, and his name is actually Alec, explains.

Ace looks at Alec for a few seconds then chuckle. "Who says that's a problem? If they so much as try and lay a finger on her again, the so called 'Blood Serpents' will be wiped completely out of existence." He says.

"What I don't understand is, there was this man with her, I think maybe a bodyguard or something. He offered to help but she declined."

Ace's jaw clenches. "Describe this, bodyguard."

As the trainee went on to describe the man, Ace was relieved to know that it was her uncle, Ed, who she had probably asked to walk her home.

" It's fine. You can leave now."

As soon as Ace said that, the trainee nodded and calmly leaves.

Ace smiles to himself, really proud of his girl, and curious as to how she knew how to fight so well.

A few minutes later, Ace decides to facetime his girlfriend. After a ring, Emilia immediately picks up.

"Hello."

"Hey babe. Sorry I didn't get to drop you home, did you make it okay?" he was asking to see if Emilia would lie about what happened.

Emilia was about to say everything was fine, but decided against it."I am fine, but on my way home with uncle Ed, some douches kept, what is the American term again? Hitting on me." It wasn't the exact truth, but it wasn't a lie either.

Ace pretended to me shocked, he didn't want her to know that he had someone following her today, or as he likes to call it, looking to see if she would be okay. "Are you okay? did they try anything?"

"No, Ace I am fine, I took care of it." She smiles.

"You sure you okay?"

"Positive." Emilia smiles. She did have a feeling that she was being followed earlier today though, but passed it off as being paranoid.

"Okay, if you say so. But hey, if something like this happens again, call me, okay?"

"I will, babe, do not worry."

At an abandon building in Brooklyn:

"You say she is hot -and- she beat the sh*t outa you three?" Syrus, the boss of the Blood Serpents asks three of his men whom looked liked they had been running for their lives. Which they were.

"Yes boss. With your permission, we would like to bring some of our men to get revenge and you know...play with her a little bit." thing 1, with the broken arm says. Thing 2 and 3 nodding in agreement.

"Well why would I do that?" Syrus asks. "She sounds like my type of girl.

The Next Day...

"So,are you guys still up for trick or treating?" Emilia asks.

"Hell yes we are. I plan to look so scary, even Freddy Crueger would cry for his mommy." McKenna exclains. The twelve friends were currently sat at their favorite round table with an all around seat, at their favorite diner. Jeff's

"You know, you still have not yet told us what your outfit is going to be." Emilia takes a bite out of her French Fry, leaning into Ace's shoulder, but immediately pulls back when she realizes that all her friends were watching.

Hailey squints her eyes at the two while everyone else look at each other.

"What? Is there something on my face?" Emilia asks

"No. It's nothing." Abigail smiles, dropping it.

The friends soon continue chatting and making jokes.

"-Right? And when I was pulling up, she was like totally ogling me, and of course, who would blame her? I'm a total catch. And that's when I knew, this girl definitely liked me too." Noah gushed about the time when he found out Hailey had a crush on him.

"That was not how it went at all, I was not ogling you, you had bird poop on your shirt so I was dying of laughter." Hailey defended, laughing historically.

"Oh come on, bab-"

"Aceyyyyyyyy!!!"

They were immediately interrupted by a high pitched squeal.

Oh No.

"Oh, crap."

"Sh*t"

"Oh come on" The friends sigh heavily.

"Aceeeey, I'm so glad to see you!" Brittney attempts to hug Ace, but she is immediately shrugged off.

"Hey no need to be so mean, Acey." Once she realizes who exactly is sad next to Ace, Brittney rudely forces herself between Ace and Emilia, sitting down.

"You must feel really nauseous, sitting next to this trash. But don't worry, I'm here now baby." Brittney puts her hand on Aces chest but it is soon pushed away my a angry disgusted Ace.

"Get your f*cking dirty hands off me."

Emilia stays quiet and only stands up. Ace, who thought she was mad and was about to leave, immediately calls after her.

"Babe, wait"

Emilia doesn't respond, but simply makes her way out from the table, and yanks Brittney by the hair, pulling put out some of her fake extensions.

Brittney's body comes crashing to the floor, but Emilia does not stop there. She proceeded to drag Brittney's squirming body across the diner floor, then straight out the exit. A few seconds later, Emilia returns, calmly take her previous seat next to Ace, and continues eating he fries, while everyone at the table, except for Ace, stares at her in in utter shock.

After a few moments, it was Abigail who spoke up:

"Did Ace just call you 'Babe'?"
