LXXXVI: Meeting of powerful people, part 3.

"Hey... are those dragons?" Alex asked Leona, who was standing next to her.

Thanks to someone's courtesy, the pink-haired girl was able to get her clothes back on and not show her nakedness, although she didn't care too much to tell the truth, since she wasn't fighting, it was better to cover herself.

"Yes, I can feel my magic stirring just listening to their roar," Leona smiled as she answered, small flares of fire coming out of her mouth.

"And there are so many of them, why would they be here?" asked John, who quickly switched to his golden eyes and took flight.

It was now more than obvious that something strange was going on, if strangers like Yang Peng came to interfere in a fight, it was understandable it was a cliché.

The fact that people from the city and the outside suddenly appeared could be attributed to the energy released, maybe they were curious. Even the fact that Damien showed up could be attributed to the man wanting revenge or some such excuse.

But a dozen mighty dragons approaching the city was something else entirely. Dragons were not only the pinnacle of power in this world, but they also had another well-known responsibility.

They were agents of the world's will. They were not only the favorites of this world, but they also acted under the guidance of this world to solve various serious issues or problems that could prevent the proper functioning of this world, which was already in serious cases.

If you saw one dragon, you might think it had just decided to travel or look for treasure, if you saw several together, something must be going on, and if you saw twelve dragons coming towards you out of nowhere, like now, it's good to be afraid.

No one present, except the most powerful, like Venus, Jack, and his companions, could stand against them. Even Damien, as a vampire sucking the life out of the world, had to avoid the dragons if they decided to attack him.

"Something must have happened, let me ask," Minerva, seeing that even the old man was leading his way, decided to separate herself from her companion.

Flirting with her ex-partner could be left for later, knowing that the situation could be hazardous, Minerva leaped into the air, but this incredible feat left no traces on the ground or changes in the environment, showing the skill and power control the dragoness possessed.

This was normal for Minerva, a dragon had to know and master all her powers, otherwise, they would just be big lizards, no, dragons were few, but not for nothing they were the most powerful species.

Without the great effort behind it, their great gifts and blessings would only be a punishment, a problem. Many focus only on the power and feats of dragons, but the true experts know the truth.

Dragons are training monsters, it could be said that if someone learns from a dragon, their strength would increase abysmally, a benefit Marie had received, only she encountered another monster like herself, Leona, so her abilities were not as highlighted.

Minerva transformed into her original form once she was in the air, then everyone present could see that this beautiful woman was indeed one of the most powerful creatures on the face of the earth.

"God... I knew she was a dragon, but are they that strong?" asked Monic, who was closer and could feel the vastness of Minerva's power.

"If so, I would understand why the dragons of this world are so praised, they are gods," said Samantha, her eyes shining with a pure light, but soon she cried blood.

"Are you okay?" asked Susie worriedly, she had to hold Samantha up so the woman wouldn't fall, but now she covered her head in pain.

She is a very brave and fearless woman, and although she had inspected Minerva in her human form before, she found nothing interesting, but seeing her transform, she wanted to explore her dragon soul.

Well, Minerva was the dragon of fear, what Samantha saw stuck firmly in her psyche, just as a human should not see or explore the divine, she should not foolishly expose herself to lofty concepts if she does not have the level.

Samantha was powerful, but she had never acquired the ability to see or understand any concept for any reason, so when she saw the concept of Fear in Minerva, her body had a strong reaction.

As a matter of fact, not only did she bleed from her eyes, but she was also covered in sweat, and her heart was beating fast, that's why she also had a terrible headache. Her hands were shaking, but instead of being scared, she was secretly happy.

Only when you can see what lies ahead, will you have a chance to advance. Seone's power had grown a lot after the fight against Fenrir, a passive benefit of that experience, probably planned by Venus for something, because she was the only one who looked at the incoming dragons with some happiness.

Samantha wouldn't break at the sight of something higher, even if she was mortal, she was strong, maybe not as strong as a being with a higher life level, but strong enough to survive her reckless actions.

At least she was not in danger of going mad like a certain blonde alchemist who decided to explore an angel whose name was Throne, being a weakling by the standards of this continent.

"What magnificent creatures," Damien said with a trace of respect as he saw Minerva completely transformed.

Minerva was now a mighty creature soaring through the sky, flapping her massive wings as she soared above the clouds, letting the sunlight illuminate her huge, powerful body.

She was a black dragon, huge and immeasurable, her scales like jewels, her claws huge and sharp, and she had huge horns that seemed to be covered in a golden glow.

Minerva let out a roar that frightened even Venus, who realized that although she was relatively young, she was a dragon, the pinnacle of the world.

Her mates roared after her, apparently communicating. Though to others they were simply incomprehensible roars, only dragons could understand them, including Marie and Leona.

"What could they be saying?" asked Thor, but Marie, now hugged around the waist by Seone, answered.

"Oh, they say that the will of the world led them here because they sensed that something important was about to happen, and also because they sensed the fight of two 'hatchlings', so they came to see what was going on," Marie explained with a strange expression on her face.

She knew that Minerva, her self-proclaimed mother, saw her as a little dragon hatchling, but she had never thought that the other dragons had the same thought and would say so openly, although it seemed that she was not the only one who received this treatment.

Leona, who had translated the dialog for those close to her, received many interested looks, which made the young woman a little uncomfortable. She could be quite brazen, even being nearly naked for a good while, but being called 'spawn' and receiving stares was another matter.

"What are you looking at?" yelled Leona, but that only made some of the onlookers smile.

"Wow, looks like the baby dragons are having quite the tantrum," said the Lord of the City, who had approached Rolanda some time ago.

"I didn't expect them to be considered puppies, I've heard the news of other 'special' people with draconic abilities, I don't know why only a few of them are special," the old woman who was Jessica's guardian said those words, shaking her head slightly.

How many 'special types' had not come to this world before? Many, many, some with obviously dragon-based or dragon-inspired abilities, but only a handful in so many records had been 'adopted' by dragons.

The last one was a strange man who could 'scream' to change the world. How the hell could a simple scream shatter a mountain? Nobody knew, nobody wanted to mess with this guy because he was guarded by three dragons.

Or a woman before her, who eventually became a mighty silver dragon with dazzling blue eyes, one of the most beautiful dragons this continent had ever seen.

Another was an absolute savage who called himself 'Bahamut', but fortunately he focused his destructive power on the evil of that distant era, not on other beings.

There was a reason why dragons were considered gods by Samantha, of course, there were people who wanted to give themselves the title of dragon, but if the real dragons did not recognize it, no one recognized them.

Marie earned her titles not only because of her strength but because it was known that Minerva was a dragon and that she was in charge of them, otherwise no matter how much power the blonde came to demonstrate, no one would take her very seriously or give her another nickname.

"You know what would be interesting?" perhaps because gossip made people think of things too randomly, Axel suddenly attracted attention with his question, even those in the training camp turned their attention to him.

"The what?" asked Jessica.

"What if the Elf Queen suddenly appears?" asked Axel in a joking tone, making people feel a little less heavy and uncomfortable in this strange situation, but the laughter stopped abruptly when they heard the soft and delicate voice of a powerful woman.

"Looks like someone was enchanted by my beauty, too bad you're a vile human," the sky seemed to split in two.

A powerful green pulse shook Damien's energy constructs and Richard's sun. The source was a slender palm emerging from a green crack in the firmament. Even the dragons that were already close to the city seemed to slow down in respect.

They were the strongest, but there were powerful beings in this world, and the owner of that palm was one of them. The woman who had calmed an entire race war with her mere presence, the one who had rendered the human army impotent.

Soon, the slim and beautiful body of the elven queen became present to all. Her hair waved in the wind, and beneath her feet was a ladder of light that she descended delicately.

Behind her was her daughter, who glared viciously at Seone, but she knew this was no time for grudges, and technically it was her stupidity that had caused this situation, so she simply stood silently behind her mother.

"Well, shit," the city lord said rudely as he felt the unmistakable power of the elf queen.

"Oh, the long ears are here too," said Narcissa, who had suddenly appeared behind Marcus, who jumped in fright at her presence.

"Don't do that!" the boy shouted, only for Narcissa to smile at him.

"Don't worry puppy, I'm just curious about one of my own," the fox said sweetly, but there was nothing sexual in her voice, just curious.

She was too old to be interested in a young man like Marcus she saw the boy as a stray puppy she needed to take care of, so she used her superiority to lure him to her.

"What is Your Majesty doing here?" Seone's father, Matt, looked at the elven queen before him and asked sharply.

The queen visibly paused when she heard his question, she had decided to just ignore the old man in front of her because she didn't want any trouble and because she thought he was a weakling until she felt him.

"It seems the humans have created another monster," the queen said coldly, recognizing the power Matt had unleashed, the power of the extreme.

"Not as much as your vile kind," Matt, no longer joking, tossed aside the stick he had picked up, then gently raised his hand.

Blue life force gathered in his palm, becoming an execution sword like the one he had given to Seone in the early days of this series, but before anything else happened, dragons landed along with Minerva, and then they took human form.

This made the matter between Matt and the elf queen inconclusive, the dragons deserved all the attention they could get, and they would not be disrespected with unnecessary conflict.
