Sitting on a pile of rubblles that was a portion of the wall, Huey exhaled a quiet breath.
He... had not seen that blow.
No, he had. He just didn't expect it would carry such an impact. Regardless, he had been careless at that moment.
Now that he got hit and sent flying all the way across the cave, he didn't want to get up.
Strangely...the rocks felt oddly comfortable.

As a lazy lethargy filled his dull mind, he heard Erin's crisp voice as the young woman hurried with a panicking expression to where he is.
There was some relief Huey recognised in her eyes seeing that he was more or less fine. He was hit powerfully, but suffered no damage. The extent of it, were the three wide gashes that tore on his shirt, and the dust that now covered his shoulders and face.
Erin took in a breath and lowered next to him.
