Mihael walked for the elevator. An Arachan ambassador had come. Earth's time was up.
"Are you sure you don't want to stall?" Armi said.
Some demons followed the two. Eleven demons.
"Stalling is no longer possible," Mihael said. "We refuse and they destroy us."
Armi stayed quiet.
The demons as well. The demons were strong. But in this world, a world without mana or much suffering, their strengths weren't really good enough. Especially to a beast that was supposedly even stronger than their lord.
Besides, these people of the sky were far beyond anyone's capability given humans didn't even understand the tech, let alone actually be able to do anything about it.
Quiet. The elevator went down quietly. It made a slight stop- the doors opened.
"What are you doing?" Mihael said.
