"YES! It's a success, retreat!" Lin Jie saw that he finally succeeded. He leaped backward and activated Wind Walk to escape quickly.
Less than one second later, a gigantic growl sounded from the cave and rocks crumbled and fell. There was flying debris, and they crashed onto Lin Jie's back, dealing a series of damage.
At the cave's entrance, the beast pierced its beak into the walls with overwhelming wrath. It had a strong desire to swallow the murderer of its child whole.
Lin Jie's health points were depleted rather quickly by the flying rocks and debris. He felt the commotion behind calmed down before turning back. The three-meter-tall entrance was fully blocked, and the beast was pecking at every spot in search of Lin Jie. Its size was imaginable when its beak was already three-meters-wide.
"Army of the Dead, go forth!" Lin Jie summoned out the Flesh Eater Ghouls but did not venture forward recklessly.
