Confusion was what Rias felt right now, 6 months passed since Sona's last attempt at trying to convince Rias to attend Kuoh Academy.

The reason for Rias' confusion is her senses picked up 10 stray Devils literally appearing out of nowhere within Kuoh Town. It's odd since this amount of Stray Devils don't usually show up all at once.

More than that, do they truly believe that she'll let this go? It's disrespectful to invade and cause trouble in a Dragon's territory.

These pathetic strays aren't even worth her hunting them down in person. Instead she willed them to cease to exist. It only took her 2 seconds to get the job done.

'Ciel, wipe the memories of those Stray Devils from any normal human's mind who possibly encountered them.'

<<As you wish, Rias-sama.>> Ciel-sensei immediately followed its master's order.

"Thank you, now it should be time for my date with Shirone-chan. We are supposed to go to a concert to see one of her favorite kappa rappers called Salamander Tomita." She said out loud to herself.

Last night Rias and her peerage went out to a festival that had taken place in Kuoh. The Gremory heiress informed her 3 lovers that within the next month, they are going to be taking a trip to Kyoto. She really wanted to explore the city and figured she'd put it off long enough.

The Gremory heiress knew that it's a good chance she'll meet Yasaka even if she doesn't go to the Youkai herself.

If the opportunity arises, then she has a perfect way to greatly strengthen the relationship between the Devils and Youkai.

She talked to Sirzechs about it, he told her to go through with whatever plans she has. It will be a massive boon for the Devil Faction if Rias' succeeds.

Which she obviously will if the opportunity presents itself.

Eventually Rias got herself ready for her date with her Rook. For her outfit tonight, she's wearing Rimuru's entire Walpurgis outfit. She always found this outfit to be a good one.

She also always loved whenever anime or manga characters like Rimuru and Luffy wear badass high collar cloaks or jackets.

Instead of walking or teleporting, Rias and Shirone drove to their destination in Shirone's Ford F-450. Rias over the years had gotten her peerage members cars of their own and made sure they all had their licenses. She herself had 3 cars but no license yet. Sure she can easily get one without having to wait but decided there was no rush.

Rias liked sports cars, Kuroka and Kuroka preferred SUVs while Shirone liked pick up trucks and hummers.

Over 90 minutes into the concert, Shirone asked Rias something.

"Rias…do you happen to smell the scent of an Angel here…or am I tripping?" Shirone asked her lover.

Of course, the Gremory heiress already noticed this Angel. While this Angel can completely suppress their immense Light Power from being from most, against Rias it's pointless. Shirone with her immense sensory abilities were also able to detect the Angel's scent.

Giggling, the Princess of Gremory answered the white Sage Nekoshou. "No, you aren't tripping Shirone. I can sense them too and from what I'm picking up, it's a Seraph."

Shirone's eyes went wide, stunned. "A Seraph?!" The music was loud enough that no one could hear their conversation. "How could a Seraph be here without becoming a Fallen Angel?"

"I don't know if there's a sin against enjoying rap music…or at least certain types of it. An Angel should not fall as long as they have no impure thoughts that divert from the teachings of their father, the Biblical God." Rias replied while shrugging.

Mentioning the Biblical God doesn't affect Rias or her peerage. Once Devils reach a certain level of strength, they can ignore or suppress the effects of Holy Power and the headaches from mentioning the Biblical God.

Truthfully, the power of the God of the Bible is not even close to being anywhere near the same league as Rias.

Same goes for Trihexa and those Evies and Etouldes from ExE.

"Are we going to confront them? They should've informed you about their presence since you're the overseer of Kuoh, right?" Shirone asked.

"You're right, normally Heaven wouldn't make a mistake like that. Seeing as I haven't received a call from my brother, it's likely the Satans are unaware as well. And I also got a feeling Heaven themselves may not know a Seraph is here." Rias is certainly interested. "After the concert, we'll go talk to them."

The concert ended 2 hours later, Shirone and Rias had a good time. It was cute for Rias to see Shirone rapping along to all the songs Salamander Tomita performed. She sent pictures and videos to both Shuri and Kuroka.

They immediately went after the Seraph, before they could get a chance to teleport away. Rias sealed away their ability to teleport with a mere thought.

Said Seraph was greatly shocked when they suddenly found themselves not being able to teleport anymore. It left them very confused and wary.

They soon found themselves being confronted by Rias and Shirone.

The Seraph smiled seeing exactly who was confronting them. Feeling grateful that it isn't a potential enemy.

"Hello Rias, Koneko….it's been a while." Their voice carrying tones of happiness and relief.

While Shirone just stared, shocked by the identity of the Seraph and confused about why she was called the name Koneko. Rias just laughed out loud at the absurdity of the current situation.

Standing in front of them is none other than the Strongest and Most Beautiful Woman in Heaven, Gabriel.
