Elite group of hotels

"Mr.Lee has asked me to bring mr.Gu ", said and bowed the manager of the hotel looking at Weiwei.

It was clear that they called only her and not grandfather Chen.

She went along with the manager and entered the elevator.

They elevator reached the topmost floor of the building before it opened.

The manager went forward and knocked on the only door there and welcomed her in.

Once she entered the room, the door was closed shut.

Lee wangyan was sitting there in the room waiting for Ms.Gu's adopted son.

He was a man of around 30 yrs.old.

He was quite expectant of the arrival of this person.

Once, he heard the opening of the door he stood up elegantly and moved his gaze to the one who came in.

His eyes widened for a second.

"You are??", feng Weiwei questioned.

Lee wangyan quickly regained his wits and responded.

" Hello, Mr.Gu. I'm Lee wangyan, the current chief director of elite group of industries.

And, I am not sure whether you are aware or not, but let me introduce our company and groups. The elite group of company is started by your adopted mother before she got married. ...", and just like that he spoke about her mother's company.

It seems her adoptive mother's company includes the elite group of hotels and residences which are currently in the top 7 best hotel lists in imperial capital.

It was once in top 5 though but has later fallen to places behind after her mother's return to U.S the time she divorced.

" Mr.Gu has passed the rights and ownership of our company to you before she passed away and you now hold 60% shares of the company", said Mr.lee .

Weiwei's eyes flashed.

She didn't expect her adoptive mother to write off her hard built company to her name and that too with a huge share.

"I want to visit the company's main office, now", Weiwei stated .

"Are you going to visit the office now, Mr.Gu??" asked Lee wangyan.

" Yeah, I will be going to A city to stay for school . So, I can't come later. I want to see how the company is going before I leave here"

said Weiwei lazily standing up from the sofa where she was resting.

Although he was quite surprised, Lee wangyan quickly responded by bringing her along with him.

The went down the hotel and entered a SUV.

Lee wangyan quickly called grandfather Chen and informed him that it would take quite a while for them to return and arranged a room for him to rest in the hotel.

Lee wangyan has also informed her that Chen family wasn't aware of elite company's ownership including grandfather.

They soon arrived at the head of office and entered the room of the president.

Her adoptive mother was the only who has used the room before and it was quite evident that it had been cleaned regularly.

Weiwei could see her adoptive mother's presence in the room as it was decorated quite similar to mother's style .

Lee wangyan has went to bring the documents regarding the current status of the company.

When wangyan arrived ahe had already sat on the president's chair.

Soon , she leafed through the documents and had gotten a rough understanding of everything.

"hmm...it seems that everything's quite good with the management. But, it still lacking as time has passed, the hotels should have some changes with time. you can first clear out one of the top floors of each hotel and make arrangements for food experiments and separate a small auxillary area from there and arrange it also with the equipments .Hire some new talents from cooking schools graduates and provide them a batch of chefs from our hotels to each of them. The old chefs can stay where they where and continue with the day -to-day business while the newly hired ones can bring new dishes from experiments. Whichever dish gets more profit , the team which discovers the dish will get a share of the profits made from it. Other than the main branch and the branch which discoverd the dish the other branches cannot make that recipe. If the already working chefs wanted to also experiment, they can also perform in the auxillary area in the experiment floor in their shifts and if they can win against the main experiment area , they can take over the main experimental area and the new people recruited there can take over the job of day -to-day chef works of the hotel and vice- versa. We can do this for now. Allot a team of workers from the head office to take care of the experimental floor matters. Contact one of the good publishing centres , the experimental department will be in-charge of producing a magazine with the pictures of the new successful experimental dishes , the magazine will be issued every month , alright that's it for now." feng Weiwei finished it with a sigh.

Lee wangyan was gaping at her with his mouth agape.

"What??", Weiwei questioned.

"mmmh... Mr.Gu, although your idea is good but you know our company's situation now. We can't afford to pay more employers .", stated wangyan .

" No, you are wrong, there is the profits in my name that was saved by mother for me. Although it's less it's enough for now and you can use it first to buy the necessary equipments. The newly graduated people were mostly unemployed as the popular hotels usually hire either the old and experienced chefs or those winners of the famous competitions. Majority of the people remaining are usually unemployed and you can go hire them with a contract for the period of 5years and confidentiality of information and recipes .That would be okay for now"
