"Pray, do tell, darling Jade. We are all ears, aren't we, Jay?"
Jay nodded his head a bit slower than Mira would have thought he would but now that wasn't the matter. She had another thing to think about.
"So, Jade, we are waiting."
"Yes."
She cleared her throat and unlocked her phone as she went straight for the file her secretary sent and opened it.
"Father, mother, if you could check your emails, I sent you two a file, please. This is an important document."
"Oh, I see. Is this going to be a meeting now or something?"
With a small smile on her face, she boldly answered, "No. Not really but if you want it to be, then yes. Why not?"
"Ha, I see. Okay, let me open my laptop." He went straight to his desk and picked up his laptop to view what she had indeed sent.
"Thankfully I came here with my iPad. Jut give me a minute."
