~A month later~

the war ended a month ago with not that much of a hussel people came back out from their hiding shackle bolt became the minister of magic and took care of all the criminals the hogwarts was scheduled for a reformation that will take time and currently me and Hermione and potter were being witness to all the one deatheaters who deserves Azkaban or the kiss we three were titled as the war heroes by the people i was questioned too about me being a deatheater but with shackle bolt and dumbledore as witness nobody said a thing i made the letter to be printed at the prophet for people to see and the results were tremendous people made sure i knew how thankful they were of me and all the people who took refuge in the Malfoy manor during the war I left a few in there and by the time war ended there were a little more than 47 families and they acted as my supporters when news of Voldemort's defeat came.

for next few days all three of us were busy with going in and out of ministry on regular bases we stayed with them at the new Burrow it was better and bigger than the previous one it took time for people to heal from their wounds Ronald was admitted to st.mungos as the potions were pulled out of his system and is still there and healing lavander was found dead in one of the Voldemort's base.

we were working on being witnessed around the clock for the ministry and when we entered the ministry the only thing people looked at us was with admiration.this entire process took hardly two more weeks and all the criminals who ran from azkaban previously were given a dementors kiss except my father as i was his witness many of the families who were forced to join too were spared only with little repercussions and under the table dealing from which I made big profits.

and today was a wizenagemot meeting held the meeting itself consisted of 50 members and it consists of all the noble and ancient houses and today the wizarding world is up for a change as i entered the hall followed by complete silence as i was the one who called for the meeting.

Minister- lord black glad you are here so shall we began and do you mind telling the reason for today's wizenagemot meeting that you asked for.

Draco - good morning minister and potter nice to see you made it too well there are some things that are need to be dealt with but first I would like it if you certify this parchment as another new member will be joining us today and as we don't have a chief warlock so you are the next person with the highest authority.

i gave him contracts and he looked over them and after sometime raised his head and looked around the hall at everyone and then at me.

Minister - are you sure lord though magical debt is claimable but if you do this the foundation that we have after the war will be further distorted so do you really want to claim the vassalship.

Draco - i understand what do you mean and i am ready to exchange it for favours from the lord of the given house.

these debt for voting rights if you may if a law passes then you will need the votes of all the noble houses and i will have a say if you vote for it or not but fret not i will only ask for it to pass three laws.

Draco - very well then now i would like to pass a law of heiress rights if you please.

Draco - men and women are equal in my eyes if you have a perfect heiress you can't give her the head of the house as our laws don't allow it and you have to marry her to a fool sometimes and these fools only become reasons for war so according to this law women will be given equal rights they can except ladyship too.

Lord gump - preposterous!!

Draco - i wasn't asking you gump i was telling you that this law will be passed and cut me again when I speak and you have the wrath of all 28 houses after you.

he apologized and sat down and the law was passed with a condition of this law to be never removed by there descendants too.

Draco - perfect now for the second law all thoese who have been characterised because of a bite and have lost there eligibility of being a normal citizen shall be reinstated.

Lord Avery - but lord...

i looked at him and he just sat back down.

Minister - this law can't be taken into account as were wolf's are danger in the mind of general magical public even though i have worked with one and i know that they are not harmful but for the people we can't accept it but as i have already seen a miracle happening to a were wolf i know personally so go on lord draco.

Draco - thank you minister i know werewolf are dangerous for their magical ability and wilderness.

and for that I have a perfect example to show you all how many of you know remus lupin is a werewolf please raise your hands (around 8 dark families and few other light families raised their hands) lord Avery what is the day today most of the time wizengamot meeting is held in the morning but this one is held at night more specifically today is a special lunar occurrence what is it.

everyone looked at minister confused and he nodded I called for remus and the doors opened with remus entering the meeting and this caused a

Draco - today is full moon and here Remus who is meant to be transformed into a wolf right now is normal and that is because I have created a cure for lycanthrope and you can see the results.

The hall was on a uproar everyone was wearing a unbelievable expression and after sometime the hall became quiet.

Minister - so now as you have all seen that there is indeed a cure for the curse raise your hands if you agree on passing of the law and everyone did without a thought.

Minister - Draco the entire wizarding community is thankful for your creation of the reawakening potion and now the cure too as the minister I thank you for your hard work.

Draco - this potion is not just creation of mine but another person without whom it wouldn't have been possible Mrs Hermione granger if you will.

and now at last I would like to bring all of your focus on a dire situation that we are facing currently due to the war our population has been decreased too much magical blood has been spilt and from this, we should understand that the way ministry worked is the main fault here during the war muggle-born were accused right here for theft of magic such abhor act was taken place right where we sit and to fix this its better if we take care of the problem from the core and that is the ministry itself so I wish that from now on all those muggle-born who are wronged because of us pureblood families will be given equal rights as a normal pureblood born wizard or witch their magical guardianship will not belong to anyone other their families or someone chosen by them the ministry workers who because of contacts not because of their owls and newts will be reinstated with the ones more qualified then them and all the people who lost their loved ones will be compensated and honoured as they are meant to be so a law of equality and freedom will be passed on.

the hall was silent but they raised their wands and agreed they had to or me as a enemy is not a good thing for them and the meeting came to an end and we all left to our homes.

MAJOR CHANGES IN THE MINISTRY LAWS AND CURE TO LYCANTHROPE FOUND & REINSTATEMENT OF THE ANCIENT AND NOBLE HOUSE OF PENDRAGON AND MONROE.

To all the readers of the prophet yesterday night a wizengamot meeting was held under the request of lord Draco Lucius Malfoy black Slytherin dumbledore Flamel on the matter of passing laws for the betterment of our wizarding Britain lord Black Dumbledore Slytherin Flamel or Draco malfoy the hero of our wizarding community Order of Merlin first class and a master potioneer and alchemist has introduced three laws namely the ladyship reclamation, werewolf reinstatement and complete equality.

the first law states that heiress of the wizarding community can claim the head of their respective houses and the law was passed on complete support of draco malfoy's and the first ladyship of the houses bones, Greengrass, Parkinson had been taken in place by their respective heiress and the witches of all the wizarding community will be provided with equal rights that of any wizard in our wizarding Britain from now on thanks to Draco Malfoy and myself as a witch am thankful for his work towards us witches for whom working in their respective field used to face partiality because of their gender now the second law the reinstatement of all the wizards and witch who were bitten by werewolves and their rights as a citizen were taken away will be reinstated from now on I know its hard to believe as even I with the entire wizengamot was shocked by Draco malfoy's decision to introduced such a law but he brought in an alive example as not many of you know that a member of The Order Of Phoenix remus lupin who saved many lives is a werewolf yes my dear readers he was a werewolf but not anymore as the only master alchemist of our nation Draco malfoy and our war heroine Hermione Granger have came up with a cure for the werewolf curse as you read it right there is finally a cure for all our dear wizards and witches who became the victim of this vile curse and when they are cured they will have their own animagus form that of a wolf and they will be free of the curse forever and hence from now on all the werewolfs not only in wizarding Britain but the entire wizarding world can be free of being a werewolf and be free again from this vile curse all thanks to the hero and heroine of our magical Britain.and the last law for the general population of our wizarding community a law which will change the entire ministry and entire Britain the law states of equality between wizards pure blood or muggle-born they will be all equal from now on in they eyes of the ministry from now on all the wizards and witches are equal no special treatment unless you are a order of Merlin winner.

But the big shock came in at the start of the meeting Narcissa malfoy nee black mother of draco malfoy came in the wizengamot meeting as the reagent of THE MOST ANCIENT AND NOBLEST HOUSE OF MONROE AND THE ROYAL HOUSE OF PENDRAGON which raises the question who is the heir or heiress to these great ancient houses go to page 3 for more information that we were able to deduce.

I folded the paper and sat at the weasleys dining table as all the other weasleys with blaise Daphne potter joined us with Hermione for breakfast it took time for weasleys to accept Blaise as him and ginny were like glued to each other but they came around daphne, pansy and many other girls like her took the lordship of their houses and the wizarding world was up for a change Hermione and I are planning to announce it on the day of the award ceremony the royal family on the muggle side contacted her through the minister in secret and we are about to go and meet them after we recover her parents that is already in motion as as they are in Paris currently and we are gonna meet them and we leave after breakfast potter met the Greengrass family and they accepted without a second thought.
