When Leo rounded the corner he was surprised to only see the injured Two.
However, Leo knew something was wrong as unusual medical supplies laid around him.
He was quite familiar with the standard foundation combative medkit as he had treated numerous of combatives who had used it before being brought into his operation room.
However, the stuff that was used to treat Two's wounds differed a bit from the set, Leo recognized that the stitches were from the kit of a combat medic as combatives were issued superglue to treat wounds, it was easier than stitches.
Leo approached Two's injured body and put pressure on his wound, causing agonizing pain.
Two yelled out in pain as Leo spoke to him.
"Where the fuck is that medic?" asked Leo.
He kept on putting more pressure on the wound before releasing it for a second, allowing Two to speak.
However, he was already past the point of being able to speak.
If it wasn't for the medic having stitched up his wound, he would've died already.
The pain had already caused his mind to go blank, and Leo knew it as well.
When Two didn't answer and only let out some pathetic groans of pain Leo shoved his fingers in between the stitches of the bullet hole, ripping the stitches open.
Two didn't have the energy to scream anymore and only let out some whimpers meanwhile Leo started digging in the wound.
"You know Two, the entrance wound of a bullet is quite small, this usually tricks most people into thinking that bullets only cause a small wound through the body, however, in reality, once the bullet enters the body it goes unstable due to the resistance, tumbling around and causing a massive wound. This is why most people die of trauma." spoke Leo in a calm tone as he felt around the stomach of Two."
Leo continued his dialogue as Two whimpered.
"You see your stomach has been blasted open because of my shot, that stupid medic couldn't have treated you here, you would've died either way," said Leo as he gripped something in Two's body.
Leo pulled hard as he looked at the organ he was holding.
"Large intestine." said Leo as he dropped it to the ground.
Two had passed out for trauma and Leo left him to die, there was no way for him to recover and he had to look for the medic.
As Leo started looking around the area the shock started dawning on him about what he had done just now.
He wondered how he could suddenly kill people so easy without feeling any real emotions.
He wasn't that type of person at all. He didn't feel any anger as well, it was just a blank in his mind.
"Sogrith, is this your doing?" questioned Leo.
However, Sogrith didn't respond, leading to Leo suspecting him.
Yet, Leo had other things to worry about, such as the combat medic getting away.
As he looked around for the next fifteen minutes he finally heard Sogrith's voice in his head.
[Don't bother, she is long gone.]
"Fuck!" thought Leo as he had a minor panic attack thinking about what would happen next.
[Don't worry about it, just follow my next steps and all should be fine.]
"They will be bringing reinforcements way quicker now! It won't be all fine!" thought Leo.
[Don't worry about it that much, I promise you it will all be alright, wait actually keep worrying.]
When Sogrith made that statement, Leo's worries disappeared.
[Alright, do the following...]

As the chaos in the rural village calmed down the villagers slowly started returning back to their village, observing Leo's massacre.
By intimidating the villagers he rounded them up in the center of the village again.
After gathering up most of the villagers, Leo held a speech, following Sogrith's exact instructions.
"My name is not important, but all you should know is that I am the man who saved your village," said Leo as he shapeshifted his body into its original form before returning to his human form.
Seeing Leo shapeshift caused people to look at Leo with fear in their eyes.
"As you have already seen, I am not what you would call a human. I originally intended to leave you all to your fate, but after observing the kind-hearted actions of the villager which you refer to as Yasha, I chose to save you.
In reality, I am the chosen representative of a primordial being."
"Wait, is there a secret message in these author notes?"
-someone, probably
